  "Overall, if you are looking somewhere to rest your head and not bothered about the luxury of a 3 star hotel, then the Central Am Dom is recommended. Despite the decor of the hotel which could do with some minor paintwork, the bedroom for a single person was clean, reasonable size bathroom and shower; and nice wooden floor in the bedroom. As for value for money, that's questionable." (107852615)

  Very good location to the city center area. The Front Desk Agent was quite accommodating.

  Received a wake up call 20 minutes later than requested. No Iron/Ironing Board in Rooms. Some staff members lacked social Customer Service Skills. Elevator was very narrow, old and out of date. There was some construction work occurring somewhere in the hotel.

  "The hotel was in a premium location, with restaurants, bakeries and the Dom right outside the door. The staff was friendly and breakfast was outstanding. They should fix the hot water, so it is actually hot, not just lukewarm. Good hotel for an overnighter." (97611480)

  The location to the Main Train Station, the Koln Dom and downtown area can't be beat. It is within walking distance to all of the above. Most of the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was more than expected for the price.

  My single room was quite small, but was fine for one night. The hot water was barely warm enough for a shower, and the shower dripped.

  Central Location. Close to all major attractions

  Lifts do not serve the whole building. I got the impression accommodation was cramped. We had to walk to taxi rank. We got reasonable service eventually, but we had to argue for it.

  "Hotel is right round the corner from the Dom, shopping centre and bars - ideal! Hotel very clean, towels changed everyday etc. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. We were allowed into room before it had been cleaned on arrival date to drop our bags off, were informed it hadn't been cleaned yet but wasn't a problem as had been informed and was relieved to get rid of bags! Breakfast very nice, hot and fresh. Minibar was not overpriced which was pleasant suprise." (99469094)

  The central location, the price, cleanliness of room and hotel.

  Sound of drilling at 7.00am on Monday morning! More secure facilities to store luggage on day of departure.
