the couch in the room made watching TV much more comfortable - friendly helpful staff - overall cleanliness and comfort

Ease of booking. Good location. KC Open for Dogs. Good size room and on the ground floor as requested.
Indifferent receptionist in at evening check in. When trying to engage in conversation I found this member of staff very off hand. Morning REceptionist much warmer and pleasant to pass the time of day. Also offered advice on my route to Wales.

I was very pleased with my first stay @ Days Inn, also very surprised that they still have smoking allowed in certain rooms,which as an ocassional smoker meant that I didn't have to venture outside if I wanted a cigarette this no risk of having to stand in inclement weather, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and the television was a flat screen model which included freeview chanels, I would not hesitate at booking Days Inn again, for satisfactio and excellent value for money. Keith
I couldn't find any bad points, perhaps they could offer a discounted breakfast deal ( cooked ) alongside the continental optio alredy on offer, also make check out time an hour later, ie - 12.30 pm ?.

Firendly receptionist in the morning on check out
Booked a non-smoking room, told at check in there were only smoking rooms left,receptionist not apologetic at all, it was disgusting, the worst smell, couldnt sleep, had i known when i booked i would never have stayed.

Very pleased with service staff polite and helpful overall comfortable nights rest.
Very disappointed to see two dirty cups in my sink with water and a spoon in them and no clean cups or facillities to make a drink apart from the kettle, i did past this on to receptin in morning they were very appolligetic and asked me why i did not complain in evening, my reply was when i checked in it was late and all i wanted to do was go to bed.But i do like my tea in morning which i had to go without.

Receptionist extremely welcoming and informative. I had a dog with me who was also warmly welcomed and nearby walks were explained.
The floor in the bedroom might have been vacuumed a little more thoroughly.

the room was clean, well laid out, and quiet. just what i needed after driving nearly 400 miles, and in need of a good nights sleep, the receptionist was helpful and courteous
no bad points
