Very relaxing and a welcoming atmosphere. We ate in the Brasserie both nights of our stay and the food and service were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were very impressed that the head waiter at breakfast knew our names as soon as we appeared both mornings.
Our stay was not long enough!!

"Memorable but exceedingly expensive. I would not recommend it to others because I unfortunately don't think we got value for money. The service from the staff was exemplary the breakfasts were fabulous and the Prestige menu was art on a plate, however I thought the £50pp wine selection was overpriced and the rooms were £100 per night too expensive." Excellent staff attitude and service. They couldn't do enough for us. Excellent breakfast and memorable dinner in the Burlingto
Very poor dinner in the Brasserie. I had pigs cheeks and the "bisto"(!!) style sauce overpowered what could have been a good meal. Also the veg selection was not to a standard commensurate with the pricing.
