  "This was my second stay at this hotel. I was generally happy with it." (107458065)

  The hotel is clean and fairly centrally-located - a 5-10 minute walk to Plaza Moyua. The staff are friendly. The rates are reasonable.

  There's very little insulation in the rooms so it can be noisy.

  close to local sights, cheaper than other hotels in town

  bedroom (and bed) were full of ants- a problem apparently throughout the whole hotel, made my stay a little uncomfortable.

  price, quietness, good parking facility, friendly staff, free wireless internet access

  old furniture, no elevator, on the way from the "old town" you pass through a terrible quarter (near railway)

  "Not perfect but still OK." (107618872)

  The bed was ok, warm water in the bathroom, toilet worked, wifi worked.

  Not too clean, but still ok. I cannot judge the quality of room cleaning service as I stayed only 1 night. I really missed any trashcan either in the room or bathroom. The room size/organisation wasn´t very convenient.

  "La estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria, si bien tampoco he pasado demasiado tiempo en el hotel, pues solo pasaba por allí a dormir :-)" (108432655)

  Relativamente bien situado y un trato excelente del personal en general.

  Algo caro para lo que ofrece y, sobre todo, difícil de localizar. La calle donde se encuentra (Pablo Picasso) es pequeña y está escondida tras Plaza Zabálburu. Incluso muchos de los lugareños desconocían dónde estaba la calle.

  "En general la relacion calidad precio era muy mala." (108932587)

  Al entrar en la habitacion habia un hedor insoportable, pedimos habitacion de no fumadores y evidentemente era de fumadores, el mobiliario era viejo y estaba estropeado, la habitacion daba a un patio interior sin ventilacion ni luz. El parking del hotel estaba dos calles cuesta arriba y era un segundo sotano sin ascensor y con dificultad para aparcar. La ducha era pesima y con un sobre de gel que no daba ni para lavarse las manos. No puedo decir nada bueno, cualquier camping hubiera sido mejor que el hotel.

  Limpio y tranquilo, agua caliente en la ducha. Personal simpatico No necesitamos mas!

  El desayuno no vale el precio.

  "Está ok si no quieres gastarte más en hotel para poder gastártelo en otras cosas, pero no hay que pedir demasiado, como sobrecitos con champú además de gel en el baño." (107661000)

  Muy buen servicio de recepción y de limpieza de las habitaciones. Tranquilidad dentro y fuera del hotel y muy buena situación para distancias caminando a cualquier parte.

  La televisión dentro de la habitación era muy antigua, gracias a dios tenía mando a distancia, pero los canales no estaban bien sintonizados. Considero excesivo que se solicite el número de la tarjeta de crédito para realizar una reserva a través de una central de reservas, el número debería estar sólo disponible para el hotel, no para booking.com
