  "Happy with accommodation but would have preferred to have had a bar meal rather than the 3 course dinner option. Think this would have been possible but it was not advertised so did not know until we saw another couple actually having a meal in the bar. Would like to have known this option was available in advance." (97623492)

  Its position on the promenade with car parking on site.

  room was slightly odd shape and would have liked a bath as well as a shower.

  "Overall, the hotel represents excellent value, in an excellent sea front position." (97410785)

  The staff and location of the hotel were excellent. The cleanliness could not be faulted.

  Our room was a little on the small side, and we think is was above the kitchen so it was very, very hot.

  "we have stayed at this hotel a tolal 7 nights and we have decided on a our next visit to llandudno to try another hotel." (97600398)

  it was our 3rd stay at the hotel and on the 2nd stay we noticed the rooms had not been cleaned properly and fitting in the bath room were coming off the wall,on our 3rd stay we payed for a superior room but the one we were given [number 24]the carpet had not been vacuumed and the bath room only had a shower.So we asked to be moved to another room this was promptly done and the room and bath room were much better although fitting were still falling off the wall

  "Hotel perfectly positioned for Venue Cymru which is right next door. Large car park is a major asset. Hotel was pleasantly warm with very good food and extremely helpful service." (99451587)

  "Stayed with friend after night out at the theatre so it was in a perfect spot right next door. We were greeted by an extrememely friendly and helpful receptionist and were very impressed with the obviously recently refurbished decor and the cleanliness. Our room was a small standard one without the sea view but even so had lovely decor and everything you would expect in a modern hotel room. The meal we had before going to the theatre was very nice but a little expensive as were the drinks in the bar but it was very nice to return to the theatre to the bar for a leisurely drink for as long as we wished to stay there."   "We would have liked to know the position of the hotel on the promenade and in relationn to the shops. The standard of accommodation and en suite facilities. We were impressed by the standard of the room and en suite facilties. Its position on the promenade including access to shops and the theatre. We liked the size of the hotel and the standard of the breakfasts - we didn't have any other meals at the hotel." (99449990)

  "The hotel was clean, well equipped and staffed with friendly helpful people for whom nothing was too much trouble.We enjoyed a restful stay in comfortablr surroundings. We will certainly return for a longer stay in the near future." (99484748)

  The view, the large size of the room and bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a friendly staff.

  There was a temporary problem when a chef quit.

  "The place was really nice (ok, no shower a pain) but clean, huge room, new furniture, carpet, the lot. A really pleasant place. Staff were great." (99607644)

  Spacious, very new, comfortable and clean. The very pleasant staff were in the background unless required.

  The room was without a shower, it was under construction in a separate room off the bath room. Nowhere to hang a towel, it just hadn't been completed in that room yet I believe. Were offered a different room that had a shower but decided against that because original room's view of sea and size.

  "The Cae Mor hotel was lovely and friendly well managed hotel, nicely decorated, mixture of modern and old. The bedrooms where done to high standard and very comfortable. The food was fantastic especially the breakfast and evening meal was dining in style. Situated in lovely and quiet part of the promanade, and having there own car park was brilliant , no parking worries.. Staff where very polite, friendly and happy to oblige with anything..We will definitly be staying there in future. Well recommended." (99955453)

  the room was spacious nicely decorated ,clean and the bed was very comfortable.the ensuit was spacious and very clean too.
