Good position, very nice modern room, very clean!
Evening meal buffet style and not the best. Parking expensive, but plenty available on roads nearby!

Barceló Costa Vasca, San Sebastian - Donostia - Reviews & Ratings"The hotel is within easy reach of the beach and town centre. When we arrived the car park was almost full of teams of cyclists and their team caravans which meant parking was very difficult and restricted. The car park has a barrier which means that guests automatically have to pay even if they move the car after a short while. It would be improved with signs explaining how to use the car park. We paid just over 7 euros for an overnight stay." (99676256)

Barceló Costa Vasca, San Sebastian - Donostia - Reviews & Ratings"We were travelling with two elderly ladies and they would not have been able to walk to the beach as the hotel is located on a very steep road." (99239629)
We ate in the hotel restaurant on 3 occasions and found good food and good value.
The hotel Parking charges were very expensive and we had to look for on street parking on road outside hotel.

Petit déjeuner complet. Petits cadeaux dans la salle de bain. Propreté.
Accueil un peu rapide à l'arrivée. Obligée de demander plan, arrêt de bus, pas de doc touristique (ce que nous avions eu d'office à l'Hespéria de Bilbao). De la gare Euskotren nous avions demandé à l'hôtel de nous envoyer un taxi qui n'est jamais arrivé.Nous n'avons pas eu ce problème à Hesperia. Eloignement du centre ville . Aspect extérieur de l'hôtel plutôt triste en contraste avec le Barcelo de Minorque!

"This hotel is in a good position and it is a pleasant walk to the beach and town with its many excellent restaurants. We enjoyed our visit to San sebastian, but the hotel contributed little to the experience." (107397512)
The room was recently refurbished -very clean and comfortable.
The hardwood floors and minimalist decor make this an extremely noisy hotel with doors constantly slamming till 3 am. The staff generally difident and particularly so in the restaurant - to the point of rude. The restaurant ambience is unpleasant. Cold, unattractive and and more like my school canteen.
