Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg, Bergisch Gladbach - Reviews & Ratings"Es un hotel exelente, pero le falta un poco de criterio a la gente de la recepcion. Cuando llegue tenia reservada una habitacion individual, y de ultimo momento me fui con mi hijo, por lo que al llegar pedi una habitacion doble. La persona que me atendio me dijo que solo habia afuera por lo que le pedi una cama adicional en mi cuarto que se encontraba en el edificio principal,y me queria cobrar la cama adicional mas aparte lo de un cuarto doble, lo que se me hizo injusto por lo que tome el cuarto de afuera que tenia dos camas y solo me costaba lo de un cuarto doble." Un exelente servicio en el restaurant
Nuestra habitacion estaba afuera del hotel principal y teniamos que salir a la intemperie para nuestro cuarto.

Hugely over priced - this hotel has nothing special to offer. The rooms and facilities are poor for the money charged. Hotel views are not what are advertised - beware! On check in the "hotel restaurant was fully booked"
