Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"The only thing I felt was missing was a lounge area. I came down for a conference and there were other colleagues staying at the hotel, so it would have been nice for us to be able to meet up in the hotel." (108450154)

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"Reasonable." (107413072)
Tea and coffee supplied in the room. The continental breakfast was varied and good. The room was clean.
The receptionist appeared confused about our booking. The beds were soft and need replacing.

Lovely colouful bedrooms and very modern. Very good continental breakfast
Rooms a little bit small but ok if you just need somewhere to sleep. Walkways and coridoors narrow Traffic noisy if you have a room at the front

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"An excellent, central hotel with everything necessary for a comfortable and quiet nights sleep" (107362219)
Excellent value for money and a very well furnished spacious room. The breakfast was very good value. All in all a terrific hotel
Only one thing missing was a toilet brush. I would prefer to be able to do this myself rather than expect someone else to do it for me. Perhaps there could be free internet, but I can't complain as I had such a good deal

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel and I will be staying there again later in the year." (107516144)
The location of the hotel was fab. Tube station a 5 minute walk away and shops and restaurants all around the area. The free continental breakfast was great and the choice's good.
Electronic key entry to room that kept losing it's memory so locking us out. Although tea and coffee facilities were availabe in the room there was never enough milk and when asked at reception for more supplies they didn't have any.

Comfortable room, new decor, brand new bathroom, flat screen TV, pleasant breakfast area, and location was excellent a bus from on the door step took you to Marble Arch, Oxford Street, underground close by too.
The quilt was exactly the size of the double bed, but they very kindly gave us another quilt to stop the fighting at night!

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"Excellent - will recommend and be back if I need accommodation in that part of London or elesewhere in the UK." (107454347)
Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly - thanks! Room was pleasant - a good size. Quiet - my room looked out onto a side street. Location = excellent
The only minor point is that it took a while to check in - member of staff apologised for this.

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"Pleasant because of that particular receptionist and the clean and 'looks new' rooms." (107484406)
Rooms are excellent except for the unexplained negative smell, but which eventually left the next day.
One receptionist in particular was fabulously great with his job but I can't say the same enthusiasm is shared by his other colleagues that we had met. This particular receptionist makes us feel as if we are in the high class/ professionally managed hotel, but not the other two which induce the feeling that this is yet just another small and cheap hotel.

Near tube, clean and for the price exactly what I would expect for Central London
Difficult to locate even though on Edgeware Rd. It has a small lobby entrance with a single door, could be mistaken for a shop or flats

very clean, air conditioned hotel at a convenient location in proximity to paddington station and attractions such as madamme tussauds and hyde park.
the reception staff were polite, but should be more service minded as some of them did not know that the hotel had the london road map to be able to provide to the customers.

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"Will probably go back there as I liked the room size and the bed as compared with other London hotels. Another plus is breakfast included in the rate which is excellent." (97018562)
A nice spacious room, clean and bright. Breakfast was really good. I arrived early and was allowed to check in at around 11.00 - very grateful for this.
Creaking floors were particularly annoying, could hear people walking in the room upstairs. The location is not the best, rather far from the tube. Arabic area of London, though was ok.

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"The room was adequate for a one night stay. The bed whilst surprisingly comfortable was a bit basic. The room was very hot even with windows opened. The hotel is not located in the most salubrious part of London It is located near to an underground station. Overall, for the price it was a reasonable room and overall good value. The big downside is where the hotel is located." (97049182)
Cleanliness of room Shower cubicle (as opposed to over bath) Lighting levels.
Small room Window opened onto a brick wall Noise from other guests Geographical location

Great value for money, clean and tidy and helpful staff.
The fact that the tv could not pick up BBC the local channel.

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"I thought that the reception staff were very professional, friendly and informative. As I said in the above comment, the room was more than adequate in terms of facilities. However, my only gripe would be with the size of the actual double room itself. I found it to be generally too narrow, with hardly enough room either side of the bed to get in or out of it. This was not particularly detrimental to my overall experince of the hotel, and I would definitely use it again, should the need arise." (97825626)
Clean, modern, functional room, at a reasonable rate for a central(ish) London location.
Put it this way... I wouldn't take a cat into the room and attempt to swing it!

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"I appreciate that these hotels are cheap, and while you expect a basic room with basic facilities, I feel that clean glasses and a manned reception are very basic indeed. The room also stank of cigarette even though i specified non-smoking, and as I am asthmatic this was not acceptible. The area, although being described as walking distance from Paddington, was pretty rough and took about 25 mins to walk there, so not great alone at night." (97260992)
dirty - there was lipstick still on the glasses in the breakfast area, and the comment form in the room had been filled out by the person before me making me wonder if the room had been cleaned. Also I waited 15 minutes at reception before my calls were answered to be checked in - I even rang from my mobile phone!

Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2, London - Reviews & Ratings"The entrance to the hotel is through a shop-front type doorway that can easily be missed. This leads to a tiny reception with just enough space for a corridor to the lift and stairs. Our room was on the 4th floor and had views over the Edgeware Road. The room was large, with an en-suite and was nicely decorated. The room was clean and had all the facilities one would expect. As regular travellers to London, this is now our 1st choice hotel." (97494013)
Low cost hotel with big, clean nicely decorated rooms close to the tube and the centre of London.

Good price for London and included breakfast.
Reception area really lets the hotel down it ,looks shabby and is very cramped - in fact when I chacked in there were people having to stand out on the pavement.
