excellent service from staff
bathroom shower is poorly designed as water goes everywhere without an adequate shower encloser,better space planning would give more space in the room, the breakfast is overpriced for a continental breakfast.

Citadines Apart'hotel Place d' Italie, Paris - Reviews & Ratings"Apart from lack of maid service, my only complaint was that some of the lighting did not work. The reception staff were very helpful at check in but slightly less so at check out. I would have preferred BBC world on the TV. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the sound proofing very effective. The breakfast was good for kids and adults alike." (2714466)
Ideal for families with small children needing private cooking together with hotel facilities.
I was not aware that the beds would not be made or rubbish collected.

Found Citidines Paris studio to be small in comparison, a bit old and surface cleaned only - not very thorough. However very good location on the metro and with shops close." (1950769)
Kitchen reasonable size and well-equipped, bed comfortable, lots of storage space, staff friendly.
Surface cleaned only: bath plug never cleaned so bath filled whilst showering, shelving dirty.

the use of kitchen tools and facilities
sofa bed that was in two halves rather than a large one...When ordered on site, it specifically said id get a double bed.. not sofa bed...cost of the stay wasnt value for money

Un mayor numero de ordenadores para poder utilizar en recepcion. Una confirmación de la reserva en fechas próximas a la estancia.
