The single beds were really comfortable and were more like three quarter beds. The bathroom was small but had everything that was needed, and the water was hot at all times. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We could get a coffee any time of the day or night.
The hair dryer needed new tubing as it was split but was useable.

good location, near metro. rooms cleaned every day. good value for money paris very expensive.
the breakfast is not worth the money. lift very small (two people only) and the stairs spiral and very steep. the rooms were vert small.

Eden Montmartre, Paris - Reviews & Ratings"Very pleasant and welcoming hotel, clean and well-appointed. Although the hotel is quite far North of the city centre, it is very close to a metro station so transport was easy. Our room, with large bathroom containing both bath and shower, was excellent value for money in Paris. It was very quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful and British Newspapers (Guardian and Observer) were provided in the foyer." (3304673792)

Good location, handy for Metro (bit more than a few steps away from Sacre Coeur tho!). Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean but a bit dated.
Slightly noisy - you could hear the guests on the floors above and below arriving back or calling for their friends! Breakfast was extra and nothing to write home about - better to save 7 Euros and eat out.

An excellent location right next to Jules Joffrin Metro so really well connected and completely double glazed so traffic noise not a problem. An added bonus was the black out curtains which allowed a blissful afternoon nap after wearing your feet down walking around Paris! We loved it, and will come back." (3304290685)
Clean, warm, restful, right next to a Monmartre Metro station, but not too touristy (which is important to us!)
If I am being picky I didn't like the colour of the curtains and the walls were a little bit thin, but those are the only things! - absolutely charming hotel.

A special breakfastroom could be something to consider, but I suppose the hotel is too small for that. The traffic in the street was heavy. I asked for a quiet room but I suppose they were all booked. - There were only 4 minutes to the metro, which was excellent. The front of the hotelbuilding was good looking and the reception had a certain style and was newly decorated." (2770646)

Poor breakfast in sad surroundings. Too much noise from the street , which is impossible to do anything about.

The room was good size clean relaxing not to much street noise.
our bathroom facilities could have done with a check over shower head not able to fasten sink plug broken, just small niggly things but nothing to stop the enjoyment of the stay.

Very close to the metro. Attractive area with lots of local shops and restaurants. It is in Montmartre but not in the main tourist area so fewer tourists and seems more local Paris. Within walking distance to the gigantic weekend markets. We will definitely stay in this area again.
Difficult to suggest any improvements. It is good value for money. Three of us were in one room which was quite adequate for sleeping but would not be suitable for lengthy indoor stays - but who wants to stay indoors in Paris when there is so much to see and do?

Eden Montmartre, Paris - Reviews & Ratings"We visited the hotel in August 2005. We travelled by taxi and it was easy to locate. On entering the hotel our first impression was that it was very plain and cold. It soon became obvious that the hotel was in the latter stages of decorating work. The welcome from the reception desk however was very warm and friendly. Our room was small but adequate, also very clean. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the hotel on our last day as we had a late flight. The reception staff all spoke English and were pleased to help us in booking taxi's and checking flight details. Nothing seemed too much trouble. In all, a very enjoyable stay, although it may have helped our FIRST impression had some one informed us before our arrival that the hotel was in the middle of being decorated. Thank you. It will be interesting when we revisit the hotel to see the results of the re-doration." (2035855)

The staff at the hotel were particularly friendly and helpful at all times. We were however disappointed about the fact that it was not explicit during the booking process that breakfast was not included in the price, and were therefore surprised when we booked in to find that breakfast was not included. Situated just far enough away from the rush of the city but still only a walk away from the eurostar staion and a metro ride into the centre. Eden Montmartre, Paris - Reviews & Ratings"The primary goal of our stay was to explore Paris from a well situated base. We did not require a hotel that provided full board and entertainment or leisure facilities. This hotel was perfect for our needs and is clean and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak english well. The surrounding area is pleasant and colourful with a good market, food outlets, restaurants and shops. The area is not at all sleazy like parts of the Pigalle on the other side of Montmartre. Public transport stations i.e. Jules Joffrin Metro and bus terminal are very close to the hotel. The Gare de Nord (Eurostar terminal) is only three Metro stations away but you need to change lines once to get there. Altogether a very pleasant stay." (1420579)
The Hotel is clean and well run. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is well positioned for public transport with good local restaurants and shops. Very good value for money.

Good value, for Paris. Good location (near to 'Jules Joffrin' metro and shops/cafes. Road noise not intrusive.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was a hair drier in the bathroom:- - Not listed as one of the features - so we took a hairdrier anyway. - It sounds as if some rooms don't have a hair drier, so can't rely on one being provided!
