Lift was scary. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. There were lots of people hanging about in the corridors which was intimidating." (99213380)

Campanile Paris Saint-Denis Centre Stade, Saint-Denis - Reviews & Ratings"The hotel is well situated in the centre, near the Basilica and Metro Line 13 into Paris. Staff uniformly very good. Food good. Coffee/tea facilities good. BUT; coffee/tea not renewed for 2nd day (neither was face cloth in bathroom). Central situation m eant hotel was noisy at ;night. Also the dining room was noisy when there were groups eating. Recommended for a short stay when you have business or events to attend in ST Denis (We were there for the Music Festival and the Cirque Soleil) We should have liked more information about how to find the hotel by car, in a maze of narrow, one-way and pedesrtrianised streets. Also about the possibility of parking in the Basilica Car Park and using SOrtie Quartier Marche. The receptionist told us about this and we had to re-park our car." (99818663)

Nothing in particular, it was adequate. Reasonable good restaurant if a little expensive for the style.
Lack of facilities in the room, no tea/coffee etc, no secure safe. Limited breakfast choices

Closeness to metro. Cleanliness of lounge area. Friendly staff
Noise level from other guests in rooms in vicinity and general guest noise in hallways. All till late in the night.

that there was a kettle in the room to make tea
beds and room cleaning had not been done when we arrived and we had to stand in the room and wait while this was done.

Near the subway so travveling in the city was easy.
Dificult to find with te car, the staff could't explain the route to reach the hotel. Option, send an transcrition with the booking so guest could find the hotel on an easyer way.

If you go by car just head straight for the Basilique Car Park, don't attempt to drive to the Hotel itself. The car park is however right underneath the Hotel and is protected round the clock." everything was good, especially the breakfast, french breakfast is always poor, but not this one metro is nearby (very good)
bad neigbourhood (not your fault) parking place is a little too far away

l' accueil l'amabilité du personnel y compris au restaurant. L'hôtel est propre Le personnel est à l'écoute
pas de points négatifs, juste des suggestions à faire comme: - équiper les chambres de sèche-cheveux - de poubelles papiers pour le bureau. - laisser un exemplaire de la carte du restaurant dans les chambres - mettre les téléphones au niveau des tables de nuit plutôt que sur les bureaux. Plus facile en cas de conversation qui se prolonge et aussi pour le service réveil. s menus dans la chambre

les personnes de l'accueil sont agréables, sympathiques, il est facile d'établir un bon contact et sont à l'écoute.
le buffet est correct mais manque de diversité d'un jour sur l'autre au niveau des légumes, ce n'est pas un point négatif mais disons un axe d'amélioration.

Sowohl von der Straße, als auch mit laut quietschenden Türen und zuknallenden Türen, die teilweise sperren. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zu teuer und spartanisch. la première chambre avait une énorme fuite d'eau, odeur insuportable; on a pu avoir une autre chambre. L'hotel semble avoir 50 ans.

cet hôtel ne correspond en rien à un hôtel Campanile (moyen de gamme) et ressemble plus à un hôtel de passe qu'à un Campanile.

"Our stay was pleasant and whilst we were there the husband of my friend lost a ring and we asked if the could forward it onto us if they found it in the room. On returning to my house my friend found the ring if you could please pass that onto the hotel we would be very grateful." (97837207)
The rooms were nice and clean and especially the towels were wonderful
The hotel in general is a bit tired and could be doing with some updating
