"We found the staff member who was on reception duty when we arrived and when we left very unfriendly and unwelcoming.He did not actually speak to us. On the morning we left, our taxi which was taking us to Faro airport was late by over one hour. It was quite obvious that we were becoming very concerned as the time wore on. We stood in the foyer all this time but he did not approach us to offer to make a phone call (which would have been appreciated given the language barrier) or help in any way." (99126396)

NO tea/coffee making facilities.This may be the custom in Spain but since hotels are supposed to cater for visitors from other cultures they should consider the requirements of these visitors.
