The staff were friendly and helpful, the general appearance of the communal areas was excellent ie, clean and modern looking. Good central location. Parking was essential and being "secure" was a big bonus.
The room itself looked "old" and in need of a bit of redecoration - It looked quite shabby on first impression - although it was very clean on closer inspection.

The hotel is perfectly situated. Close to the railway station as well as the city center. Very good 2 star hotel. Clean, comfortable and good value for money.
The reception staff could be more friendly! We were in room 12 and the shower could use a shower curtain!

It's located in the center of the city within a very short walk of the train station, metro and airport shuttle stop. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, which was very nice considering that I went to bed very early. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great value for your money!" (97236025)
The hotel was exactly as described. It is in the city center, a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the train station, metro station and airport shuttle stop. It was a great stay for the price and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I loved it!

Well placed, central to the Railway staion and Gare Routier, Very quiet room.
Very small room. Light switch hanging off the wall, looked as though it needed a major refurbishment.

Una muy buena relacion calidad/precio durante los fines de semana para ser Toulouse. La habitacion tenia todo lo necesario, estaba limpio y ordenado.
Para llegar a mi habitacion tenia que recorrer 100 metros por pasillos donde no era facil encontrar los interruptores. Al final siempre los recorria a oscuras. Ademas el servicio de internet wifi no tiene mucho alcance por lo que como mi habitacion estaba lejos del punto de acceso, no tenia acceso desde la habitacion.

Muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad y una buena relacion calidad precio.El disponer de garage justo al lado es un punto a su favor, pero deberan disponer de mas plazas y asegurarse de q nadie las usa sin ser cliente del hotel
No disponer de nevera en la habitacion y el mas que elevado precio del desayuno (no mas de 4-5€ en la calle y casi el doble en el propio hotel)

Petit déjeuner copieu et très apétissant.bon accueil.
Pour accéder au parking de l'hotel, il faut demander à nous ouvrir la porte, donc un systeme serait pour l'ouvrir de l'extérieur serait un bon point. un peu de bruit dans les chambres voisines donc difficultés pour s'endormir.

arrives a 11h 45 (par le train) bien que la chambre retenue soit disponble le proprietaie nous en a refusé l'accès jusque 14 heures;Je n'avais jamais connu cela auparavant dans aucun hotel.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil. Le petit-déjeuner est bon. Ils parlent espagnol, francais et anglais sans problème et ils ont eu une très bonne disposition pour nous aider quand nous avions besoin.

Hôtel très tranquille et silencieux, à proximité de la gare de Toulouse Matabiau. Toutes les chambres sont situées en rez de chaussée, pas d'escalier ni d'ascenseur, d'où une grande facilité de circulation.
Ce n'est qu'à mon arrivée qu'on m'a annoncé que l'hôtel fermait avant la fin de mon séjour, d'où un changement d'hôtel pour une nuit, heureusement organisé par la direction !
