The standard rooms were not adequate and we had to upgarde. Even in the executive rooms the facilities in bathroom were for a single user

Very clean, comfortable and quiet
Long walk to the room as my husband has great difficulty walking. No Scottish Sunday Post newspaper.

Good location with access from main routes.
Restaurant (refurbished this year!) was fully booked and thus timings even for a 7:30 table were delayed by a half hour. Was worth the wait

Overall it was nicely decorated and clean!
The room we stayed in 26- The handle on the bath tap kept on falling off when getting into the bath.

The food choice and execution for dinner is still dreadfull. I am diabetic and there is nothing healthy on the room service menu.

Holiday Inn Glasgow - East Kilbride, East Kilbride - Reviews & Ratings"A very pleasant stay overall. It would have been useful to have known that the accommodation was on split level floors: my mother, with whom I was travelling, is not technically disabled, but she does find stairs difficult. Although we were able to take the lift to the second floor,we then had a bit of a walk with quite a few steps to reach our room. Had I realised this, I would have asked for a ground floor room. Apart from this, the dressing table lamp not working & the gritty bath, I couldn't fault anything else." (3304381372)
Clean, comfortable bed; wide selection of food on offer at breakfast; helpful staff at reception.
Dressing table light wasn't working...staff need to check regularly,that everything in room is working. Bath could be cleaner...felt gritty!
