Cleanliness of the room, ease of on-line check in process, location near motorway and supermarket.
the room was a little small with only 1 chair, but otherwise it was very good. We appreciate the room having a bath for the baby.

Campanile Pontarlier, Pontarlier - Reviews & Ratings"I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THE HOTEL IS ON AN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE.THIS DID NOT SPOIL OUR VISIT IN ANY WAY,HOWEVER OUR ROOMS WERE OVERLOOKING AN OPEL REPAIR GARAGE.WHILST THERE WASN'T ANY NOISE TO DISTURB US IT WAS QUITE UNSIGHTLY.THESE COMMENTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO CRITICISE THE HOTEL IN ANY WAY AND I WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.FOR THE PRICES THAT I PAID,I FOUND THE ROOMS AND THE DINING FACILITIES WERE ABOVE REPROACH." PLENTY OF ROOM,EXCELLENT WASHING AND SHOWER FACILITIES,GOOD TEA AND COFFEE REFRESHMENTS,AND A COMFORTABLE BED.
REFRIGERATION FACILITIES DO NOT EXIST IN THE ROOMS.PERHAPS ICE MAKING MACHINE IN THE LOBBY OR SMALL REFRIGERATORS IN THE ROOMS.

Easy to find, good, clean rooms & bathrooms. Adequate restaurant & friendly staff.
Breakfast could have been better - unusually sparse for Camponile Hotels.

Tea making facility was great (especially for my elderly mother who likes very hot strong black tea!)- mini fridge would be good to have. However the restaurant food was great. Would definitely look for your group again.

The key was not working and we had to phone someone to come and open the room. We had to wait outdoor at 1 a.m. under a thick rain. The room was extremely small compared to the price we paid.

We boekten 2 kamers, 1 kamer voor 2 personen, 1 kamer voor 3 personen. Na het inchecken, wat gebeurde na het toegestane tijdstip, duurde het nog anderhalf uur vooraleer we
