Staff helpful, room clean and tidy.
The directions given for the Hotels location were not clear. The Hotel is easy to find if you know that it is sited on junction 4 and on the opposite side of the motorway to that of MacDonalds.

The meals in the restaurant were excellent

The hotel breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the metro which makes getting into the centre of Lille very easy.
Unable to buy a drink unless dinning.

Location a bit Grim. Fire doors a bit heavy for a someone with a disablity. No English TV except CNN

It was comfortable and clean

L'accueil est chaleureux. l'hôtel est propre.
Les chambres sont trop bruyantes notamment les conduites d'eau. Les chambres ne sont pas assez aérées cela ne sentait pas très bon dans la chambre. De plus, le restaurant propose un choix très limité de plats. L'hôtel n'est pas très bien indiqué.

Campanile Hotel Lille C.H.R., Lille - Reviews & Ratings"en total je suis décu car l'hotel se trouvait a coté du chemin de fer , chose qui m'a reveillé a plusieurs reprises a cause du bruit infernal des trains j'ai pas pu passer mes communications téléphoniques car le téléphone de la chambre était en panne et on me l'a pas réparer malgré ma réclamation" (97123377)
la proximité de l'hotel de l'endroit ou je suivait ma formation L existence du WIFI dans la chambre est un détails trés important qui m'a permis de travailler le soir dans la chambre en plus je tioens a signaler la gratuité de ce service
Téléphone en panne et qu'on m'as pas changé malgré ma réclamation le bruit des trains puisque la voie férré était a proximité de l'hotel chose qui a constitué une surprise pour moi
