did not get the type of room requested,asked for a double and got a twin, electrical sockets hanging loose from wall, photo's of hotel rooms do not reflect actual room conditions, the television was perched on top of the wardroob not in a position to be viewed, there was muald on the wall of the shower, the room we were first given was a fire escape route with a spare room key hanging next to the room door on the corridor, not a safe feeling for our belongings.another room was requested which was a slight improvement but the shower dripped all night and the beds were most uncomfortable.
