In all fairness the apartment was clean inside. The area is one that we would stay in again. It was quiet and there was not any noise from other guests. It was walkable to Lille centre.
The actual checking in process was not the easiest of processes. There was nobody on reception when we arrived after 3pm on Saturday. Had to phone to get instructions to get into the building and access our keys. The corridors to the rooms were very airless and smelt of stale tobacco even though our room did not. Nobody on reception at all on Sunday to check out and had not a clue where to leave our keys. In the end we posted them in mail box allocated in reception for our room. While the rooms were clean, there was not a kettle provided and the stairs in the apartment would have been a nightmare for anybody with young children or mobility problems. They were exceedingly steep. Luckily we are both quite fit.

Clean and in a quiet area. Hotel was also quiet. Within walking distance of Lille centre, about 10 mins.
Very small room. Reception not open and no room cleaning during our stay - 3 nights.

A double bed is definitley not a sofa bed for me.I would not have booked a room there if I had known about it. I also wish I had known about the reception. That it is impossible to reach anyone after 19.00 so that you have to phone to get your key is too impersonal for me not to mention the costs it entails. The fact it was quiet, not far away from the city center.
The check-in procedure: The reception was already closed on arriving due to misinformation on the internet page.Noone there at the reception but a phone number.I am supposed to have the phone costs paid back though. The double bed proved to be a sofa bed, not exactly the kind of bed you expect when you want to spend a week end with your friend..... Lsat but not least, the key to my room was in a safe together with another one which any of the other clients could have access to in case they had forgotten theirs. In other words, it would have been possible for someone to come into my room and - let's say- steal the TV or something else and put my key back in the safe before I come.But this is not my problem....

bathroom, kitchen, close to the Tramway.
Bed was very bad. No Dutch or Belgium TV channels. No elevator on sunday and monday, no water on monday.

Very convenient to train stations for travel, in walking distance or tram use.

We liked the concept and design of accomodation - but see below
in our studio room, with the bed down, we could not walk around it. Bed was away from wall at head end - allowing pillows to slip down - and making room uncomfortable. Friends room was the same. Could do with better/more pillows.

C'était ma première expérience de ce type J'ai Surtout apprécié la possibilité d'avoir une kitchenette et le bon rapport qualité prix.
La décoration des chambres est très convenable pour ce prix ( au moin elle n'est pas laide pour moi) mais personnellement j'apprécie le côté charme de certains hotels du centre de Lille

Le personnel de l'acceuil est TRES professionel, très acceuillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était assez bon. Le personnel sur la ligne de reservation est TRES PROFESSIONEL. Bravo aussi!
Quand on fait un reservation par internet une demande ne s'affiche pas our savoir si vous avez besoin de parking, mais quand on fait le check-in il est impossible/difficile d'avoir une place de parking si on n'a pas "reservé à l'avance". Comment peut on savoir et reserver à l'avance. Le decor des chambres est vraiement pauvre - manque d'imagination et vraiement bas de gamme. Dommage car on n'ira pas si ce n'est que par besoin au lieu d'y aller poyur plaisir. Vous comprendrez la difference. Votre decor/confort et dans le genre d'Etap ou Formule 1 - mais à un prix supérieur.

Hôtel situé dans un endroit calme. Ideal pour les séjours longue durée car plaque et micro-onde à disposition.
Les 2 petits lits superposés. (j'aurai préféré un grand lit).
