The lady at Reception was extremely helpful in directing my husband to the hotel, driving through an unfamiliar town. As a family of two adults and two children under twelve we thought the family room represented good value for money, and the breakfast had a good variety and was well presented by another friendly member of staff.
The Airconditioning unit in the room was a little bit noisy.

Nicely-presented, efficient and comfortable modern hotel, copious free parking, no fuss. We used bicycles to make the short journeys to the lake and to the centre of Annecy -- but it might be a little far for some to walk, so check on a map to make sure.

Clean, pleasent staff,good position
It would have been nice to have a small restaurant or at least the possibility of evening hot snacks. They do say that this is available but was not when I tried.

Hotel in superb location, clean and well equipped
Breakfast should be included in room rate. Hotel not cheap and then hit for five breakfasts at 9 euros each adult 4 euros for younger child.Expensive for transit stay prior to startof family holiday.

Second floor no lift and heavy bags but staff caried bags up for us.

It is about 2-3kms outside Annecy centre and buses stop at 2000hrs! It makes a good stay oover hotel, but not one to stay in if you like to be in-town." (2744362)

would suggest hotel to have contact with a fixed keen price taxi return to centre ville. had I not had a car this would have been a problem, also suggest that garage if available should not be extre charged

Le Flamboyant, Annecy-le-Vieux - Reviews & Ratings"All of the staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel had been recently decorated and was very clean. The room was large and had a small balcony. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were supplied. Breakfast (9 Euros) was very good value and I would certainly recommend it. The only slight disadvantage is that the hotel is located on the outskirts of the town though there is a regular bus service (tickets 1 Euro). A taxi to the ton centre/station cost 10 Euros. sauber, ruhig, freundlich
s Hotel liegt ziemlich weit weg vom Zentrum (geht aus der Karte - als Annecy-Newcomer - schlecht hervor. Dazu sehr schlechte Busverbindungen - vor allem am Sonntag (nämlich keine). Und Taxis zu kriegen war recht schwierig... (Das gewählte Hotel ist offenbar vor allem für Autotouristen gedacht!).

dejeuner tres copieux, chambre impeccable, le personnel est tres disponible et a notre écoute !
la douche dans la baignoire est assez mal positionné! dommage surtout quand on est grand.

Quiet position, 5 minutes drive from the town centre, but still near to the lake at Annecy.
Only a minor point really - a small courtyard outside, but no garden to relax in! However we did have a small balcony.
