  A good choice to visit Annecy if you have a car. Situated just outside the city centre, 10 mins drive. Quiet and peaceful.

  Clean, comfortable beds, convenient out-of-town location with plenty parking space, quiet (garden-side rooms), pleasant staff, all that at a reasonable price.

  The season was abnormally cold for July and there was no way our room could be heated : the A/C unit can work only to produce cold, the electric wall heater in the room was disconnected.

  Free parking, very quiet, clean, 100 meters from bus station to Annecy center, 200 meters from gas station, friendly.

  Old blanket wrapped in a flat sheet. We are in 2011, most hotels use duvet/comforter wrapped in duvetcase.

  The Flamboyant was a very comfortable pleasant place to stay with excellent fittings and a beautiful sparklingly clean room. I can also recomend the very good breakfast.

  First-class appointments -- linens, drapes, towels. The bathroom was bright and efficient and very modern. TV, electric kettle with tea and cookies, hairdryer, good-size closet -- everything you need to be comfortable.

  The hotel is extremely difficult to find if you are coming from the east. It is well signed if you are coming from town or the train station, but next to impossible to see if you are coming from the other direction.

  Wide rooms. Fine common spaces.

  Heating system was not compleetely working; furnishing was damaged in some points. Carpet floor and revestments were not so clean. Position is unhappy without a car. In general, too expensive for the service offered.

  A very comfortable and well-priced hotel with excellent service. We went with our two kids and they had a great time. The hotel is well located away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy but close enough to the beach to be walkable. Very much recommended - we'll come back without a doubt.

  - We only booked a double room, but with an additional cot (free of charge) and a camp bed (charged), we could stay together in one room together with our two children (7 months, 3 years). - Room was spacious, bright, and very clean (including nice small terrace). - Child seat was already at arrival for breakfast.

  Bus connection to the city is problematic (throughout the week): the last buses from the city to Annecy-le-Vieux depart before 20:30 (weekdays) or before 18:00 (weekend). There is a night line bus during the weekend; however, the first night bus to Annecy-le-Vieux departs only after 22:00 (not ideal for young families).

  The staf was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were the cleanest I've stayed in. The local bus stop into town was right there. The beach was a 10 min. Walk from the hotel. The view was beautiful . Right beside the mountain with a view of the lake in the distance. We saved on food beacause we had a kitchenette. The super market was a 10 min. Walk from town. Quieter than being in a downtown hotel.

  Nice hotel in quiet location. Good sized rooms. Lovely breakfast and pleasant staff. Easy parking.

  We found parking near the old town difficult, but this was probably not helped by a festival that was on in town the day we were there.

  The room was very comfortable

  The literature in the room suggested that the hotel was part of an association of hotels and that each one would have a guide to area restaurants at the front desk. When I inquired, I was told that there was no guide and the clerk told me that she could not recommend any restaurants.

  stayed at this hotel on way back from ski resort to break up our long journey home. Quality and comfort of rooms were very good. (No coffee available in the rooms - only tea!! so take your own if you can't do without.) Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

  the confort of the bedroom and the bed. The clean and nice bathroom.

  a little bit far from the old city but a bust station in front of the hotel brings you directly to the inner city (the old city) otherwise you have to take you car. By feet it is possible but count at least 20 mn before reaching the center.
