Room very small,I'm sure the size was made clear but it was a shock. It was well cleaned in morning. Pate served in restaurant at dinner was inedible. Waiting staff did not question if all was well when they took an untouched meal away. Booked a massage for 5.30pm. Was told you could only manage one at 5pm to which I agreed. Rushed back from the circuit to be at the door to the spa onlyn to find my key did not work. Back to reception to be reconfigured then back downstairs to be told by the two non-english speaking girls that I had no appointment. ( not their fault for not speaking english, but it didn't help ) Back upstairs to be told the manager that made the appointment had got it wrong. I asked if there was a massage avialable and was told yes. Back down to the spa. One of the girls led me to the treatment room and left me there alone for 15 minuets. I had just got dressed to leave when she arrived. A pleasant and well meaning girl but not a very good massuers.
