"he front-desk staff were multi-lingual, always available, accommodating and helpful. The dining rooms are bright, with huge windows overlooking the park and treed main streets, and the included breakfast offered enough variety to satisfy everyone. The promotional material said 100% satisfaction guaranteed and we'd have to say that was true. One of our travelling companions actually asked them to make a reservation at a competing chain hotel in Brussels, and they did so willingly." (99069579)
The rooms are a good size, stylishly decorated and the bathrooms are new, spacious and sparkling clean. The free in-room high speed internet was a blessing and a pleasant surprise, as we had just come from a hotel where the in-room was dial-up and the hourly rate wi-fi didn't work with our laptop configuration.
