  "I can't express how impressed I was with the quality of service and the friendly nature of the staff / management. We never wanted for anything and had an enjoyable stay. Here's an example - we were unprepared for the local custom of resting on the Sunday, so we couldn't find any restaurants open in the area (no transport). After sharing this with the staff, a short while later we were surprised with a large meal and the offer that their hotel was our home. It is a little out of the way for those without transport, but it makes a good hub to visit the towns and villages around Nimes." (107174388)

  Amazing staff who went out of their way to ensure we were looked after. The best service I've ever experienced and we felt genuinely welcome. Hotel was always clean, tidy and well presented. Excellent value for money.

  Recent bad weather meant the pool was out of action.

  "Very pleasant stay. It was surprising to discover the special design for people with disabilities (even the swimming pool). We did not need this, but as we know people who need it, for them this seems an ideal place to stay. Even the location , the road access and parking facilities help." (107103850)

  Very friendly personel. Nice, modern, and quiet hotel. Air conditioning everywhere. Good parking place. No traffic,easy to get to by car. Close to village (Bellegarde), and good starting point to visit the Camargue. Good breakfast. Good recommendation of restaurants.

  Unfortunatly the airco brook down one night. The difference was clear with the other nights. It was repaired the next morning. Swimmig pool was up to some cleaning.

  Owner was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Okay price. Great water pressure in the shower.

  Air conditioning either worked too well or not at all. Place looked a little bit shabby and/or dirty.

  "hotel is clean and affordable, but air conditioning system needs A LOT of work and don't look for hotel assistance after-hours (ie fire alarm assistance, etc)." (97682601)

  clean; inexpensive.

  no one supervises hotel at night. an alarm went off at 3am. guest poured out into hallway to see what what was wrong, meanwhile no one from the hotel responded to alarm. alarm turned off automatically after 5-10 minutes. also air conditioning didn't work. looked for someone to help at 11pm and again no one available. lastly, when we decided to change our hotel and not stay the second night, the hotel owner said we were required to give 24 hour notice which is NOT consistant with your 'booking changes' policy.
