Curtious staff. Comfortable room except for heater in bathroom. Parking fascilities in multi-storey.
Heater in bathroom would not go off. I learned it was conrolled by a thermostat. I looked dangerous and was inappropriate. I was woken at 1:00AM by banging doors.Opening/closing, the wrattle of plastic, knocking of furniture then the whole sequence repeated again and again and again. I think someone was cleaning the rooms! I got up, dressed and checked the corridor but the noise seemed above me. There was also the intermitten sound of a fan or ventilation system being switched on and off. I slept maybe 5 out of 9 hours. I arrived late and had to leave early so had no time to complain.

on the whole it met our needs and was enjoyable
the only bad thing that there was no beverage making facilities for tea or coffee

Reception desk, clean rooms, good service
Small bath rooms but for the low price still very good.

Very polite and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.

Easy to get to centre of Rouen. Underground carpark. Very modern TV with lots of channels. Reasonable price
No bath only shower. Pillow very hard. Very noisy guests talking loudly banging doors etc until turned 3am
