The woman on reception was very good and assisted us in checking in and pointing out some very good places to eat and see. 10/10
The room was small (12b) and could have done with a lick of paint but if you saw beyond that it was ok. Our room was very warm at night with no a/c which meant we had to open the window, as we were at the front of the hotel this meant the room was noisey. The booking process was ok but follow on customer care was poor, and consequently I would not use your online booking service again.

Well situated for seeing Rouen on foot. Room was fine. Staff were friendly. Has its own secure car park.
Although just off a main thoroughfare, it was not easy to find at first. Written instructions on this would be a great help.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and found the owners and receptionists to be the most pleasant and helpful of any during our three-week stay in France. The breakfast (extra charge) is very good. They have a secure place to park the car for free within their courtyard, but it's prudent to reserve a spot as there isn't much room. We did not make a reservation and were lucky there was space for our rental car because there is little parking nearby. The hotel is very close to all the downtown sites of Rouen, and is one of the nicest for the price.
The room was quite small.

Location is fantastic - view of Eglise Saint Maclou from balcony, 5 mins from Cathedral, market, old town. Staff were incredibly helpful giving us a quick rundown of all the must-sees in Rouen, and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was also great, with fresh bread and croissants.
No bad points - loved hotel and Rouen.

It was very handy for the town centre. It was easily accessed.
We were not offerred a non smoking room and I suppose I should have asked to be moved but for one night I could not be bothered.

The staff at reception were delightful and they gave us lots of useful information. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.
It would have been nice to have a desk/dresser with drawers. Also a shower attached to the wall, rather than attached to the bath taps, would have been more convenient.

The plug in the wash basin did not create a seal and we had to use one we had with us. The doors on the wardrobe did not close properly, and neither could be opened fully because of the proximity of other furniture. But these are small gripes. There was plenty of room, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to be welcoming and helpful." (99575922)
Good, central location with a private car park, and easy access to places of interest, restaurants, etc.
A little tatty round the edges.

The proximity of the hotel to the Old Town Centre was a great plus. For some people finding this hotel would be difficult, due mainly to the tourist maps which do not show the complexity of the road system as it runs along the riverside.Would have paid a few more Euros per night for a kettle and tea bags." The cleanliness of the hotel was well above the standard anticipated for this kind of hotel.
The shower functioned perfectly well but it was difficult to enter and get out of and does present a safety hazard.
