Novotel Lille Centre Grand Place, Lille - Reviews & Ratings"I think we should have been informed that hotel was having air- con installed as loose wiring was hanging everywhere and I was not happy with the room being opposite the lift as it was very noisy, there should be better insulation. But on the plus side the staff were very helpful and the room was clean. The hotel is in a very good location, near to a car park." (97521801)

Novotel Lille Centre Grand Place, Lille - Reviews & Ratings"Good value for money and excellant location for access by foot to the old town Lille. We travelled to the hotel by car and although you have to pay for car parking, the hotel has an option and plenty of car parks on Rue Nationale near the hotel. I recommend this hotel as a pleasant ***. I will stay at the hotel again when I am next visiting the city." (99313854)
Value for money.
No air conditing in bedroom.

room was warm, location was central, room cleaners were very good,
reception staff were not pleasent not only to ourselves but to other elderly guests and a working knowledge of basic english was missing.
