  Lovely hotel and facilities

  When checking in there was no recollection of my booking . I had taken the confirmation number and pin code but not a print out of my confirmation off of the internet as sadly had no ink to print off . As this was a present for my mother and father in law I was a little upset that there booking was not registered . It was the first time I have used the internet to book . I was also under the impression that I had paid for the room in advance on my credit card but my parents in law were asked to pay which they did . I will be checking that we have not paid twice . What a shame that their birthday present was ruined .

  "Regret et déception car l'hôtel est bien situé, avec une architecture respectant l'environnement." (108101549)

  Bien situé, calme, bon accueil, facilité de parking et d'accès aux chambres.

  Pas de possibilité de connecter son ordinateur dans la chambre, contrairement a ce que laisse entendre le descriptif, manque criant de personnel (pour le petit déjeuner du dimanche) ce qui provoque encombrements, attentes et mauvais réapprovisionnement du buffet, autrement dit l'impression désagréable de se trouver dans une cantine très mal organisée malgré les efforts et la gentillesse du personnel présent + Le café servi au bar est très mauvais.
