The hotel where we originally made our reservations booked another hotel for us as well as make sure that the taxi fare there was covered. They also made sure that breakfast was still included in our stay, even though we had to go to another hotel.
The hotel's computer system had failed, so they were overbooked and did not have a room for us like we had requested. We ended up staying at another hotel much farther from our place of arrival and departure. We were given the handicapped room in a Best Western the other side of town; it was nice and we enjoyed the stay there other than the longer commute.
