personnel agréable -souriant-discret.hotel calme

chambre non prete à notre arrivée et la personne à la réception ne retrouvait pas notre réservation car notre nom de famille avait été mal recopié point positif cependant: on nous a offert une boisson gratuite pour nous faire patienter le temps de la préparation de la chambre

Großzügiges Zimmer (Suite), freundliches Personal

Morgens ab 5:00 Uhr starker Straßenlärm Die Qualität des Essens ließ zu wünschen übrig (einiges war angebrannt), dies wurde dann aber - nach Reklamation - auch nicht berechnet.
