Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"We wanted to stay in Le Touquet and this hotel had the only availiable rooms in town" (107479108)
Centre of town. Underground parking although it was quite a way from the hotel
Small double room with very small shower room.Very disappinting. We did not take breakfast,it seemed expensive for cold buffet

Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"Le Toquet is a lovely town where we've stayed twice before, once at the Red Fox so it was a return visit for us. The Red Fox is well situated in the centre of the town for bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. We got a quadriple room, unfortunately with single beds. The hotel is excellent value for the money and we have recommended Le Toquet and the hotel to friends although try to ge a room at the rear of the hotel." (99249519)
Good value, room quality and staff very good
Because our room faced the maim street in Le Touquet there was a lot of noise from the street during the night from revellers and early in the morning from refuse collectors and street cleaners

Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"We had wanted family room but settled for 2 twin rooms though one was a treble. Overnight stop in transit for return to UK next day. Satnav did not have up to date revised one way system & some roads barricaded for pedestrians. Discovered underground carpark for hotel looking for parking space. Town is full of tourist - quite a few English. Dog fouling is common & restaurants allow them in - saw them in handbags/hold alls. Night time street noise can be a problem but was expected from other reviews. Thought breakfast was overpriced & got it cheaper at one of the many cafes around." (97535183)
English speaking staff, rooms modern & beds comfortable.
Hallway noise & outside revelry.

Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"Exceeded expectations and a very satisfactory overnight stop." (99622835)
bathroom all new fittings, spotlessly clean, very good shower. Comfortable bed and clean fresh bedding. Better than expected continental style breakfast which was excellent. Whole hotel exceeded expectations.
Main inconvenience is no car parking next to hotel which is standard for most centre Le Touquet hotels, had to park overnight 400 yards away after dropping off luggage.

Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"Great Location / In Centre of town but still very quiet. Very clean & staff very friendly & helpful / they all speak English. Our room was quite small especially the bathroom. Parking is a problem / restriction are in force until 19:00 hours (even on Sundays)& the cost is 2 euros an hour. I suggest you use the Hotel car park it only costs 12 euros day. I can recommend the restaurant on the opposite corner from the Red Fox / extremely good value / well prepared /large portions / plenty of choice." (99231172)

Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"We have stayed at this hotel several times previously, the staff are always friendly, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are of a good basic standard and clean with an adequate supply of towels and toiletries. The availability of English TV is useful for keeping up with the news and occupying odd spare moments." (97761128)
Very convenient location for visiting Le Touquet, reasonably priced and good value for money.
Smell of smoking in the room (are there smoking/non smokiing rooms?). Street parking is not easy and the the car park is not well located.

Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"Excellent value for money, superb staff and great location. It would have been nice if the hotel had a small bar area but as it is right in the heart of the town I guess they don't feel the need as most people go straight out." (99314949)
The Red Fox Hotel is very central within close proximity to the many bars, restaurants and shops of Le Touquet and a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It is clean and fairly modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended an excellent local, family run french restaurant for dinner.
The room was clean and of a reasonable size for a 2 starr hotel. The bathroom had been refurbished to a high standard. The only slight problem was that one of the sliding doors to the new shower cubicle kept coming off its runner. We reported this to reception on departure and they were apologetic.

Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"I booked this hotel as it was the only one with rooms available in le touquet. I was so glad I did. though the rooms were small - how much do you need when you are only sleeping there. The bed was excellent. Crashed out as soon as our heads touched the pillow. I will now also use this hotel for my business trips." (99762867)
comfortable beds,
shower cubicle a little too small

Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"If you want a clean, affordable and basic hotel with friendly staff in the centre of Le Touquet this is the hotel for you. Booking online was very easy and staff couldn't do enough to help." (99093862)
Excellent location and staff couldn't do enough to help. Very clean and modern facilities.
Rooms a little small but can't complain for the price of a 2 star hotel

Red Fox, Le Touquet - Reviews & Ratings"We have stayed at The Red Fox before and this time took 6 other members of our family. It is right in the centre of Le Touquet, so all the restaurants (and there are lots) and shops are all accessible. The only down fall is that it can be a little noisy around 6am if you have a room in the front of the hotel when the roads are cleaned. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is very good value, with an extensive range for a buffet. If we were to back to Le Touquet again, I would be very happy to stay there again." (99733068)
The staff were very friendly, willing to help with special requests and spoke good English. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
As with most French hotels, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

"The staff at this hotel ere excellent. The receptionist made maybe a dozen phone calls on a Sunday night to get us a baby sitter so we could eat out. And she succeeded!! An enormous thank you to her. And the hotel can't be blamed for thoughtless noisy guests! The location is perfect for getting out in town. Would agree with previous comments re noise levels in the street, but then you are in the very heart of the town. Overall? Excellent & good value for money" (99134795)
Excellent staff, extremely helpful
Noisy English people in the room next door!!!
