Clean, excellent informative staff.
Room was very hot - we were on the ground floor and couldn't open the window during the night because of security.

Door entry system did not work on one of our rooms which was inconvenient. This problem could not be sorted out.

The hotel offers excellent value for money for an overnight stay. Breakfast available for 4 euros pp. Would definitely use again to break up a long journey." (3305150108)

Clean, easy to find.
Outside doors did not open on code. No shower in room. Very hot with no air con. and window opened dangerously over bed.

Not a great deal of good points
1)The automated Booking Machine did not work,There was no easy way of contacting a member of staff. I was finally able to get hold of the staff member -who incidentally lived on site with the help of another guest who managed to contact the staffmember by knocking on his bedroom window- for which he was rebuked strongly

However, we had a great deal of very willing help from local people. The hotel is efficient and clean. There are no lifts, no airconditioning and no showers in the rooms. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if the non-smoking rooms were positioned differently in the hotel - the smoke from the smoking areas and rooms on the lower floors found it's way up to the top, non-smoking floor." Cheap, close to main roads so easy to access our travel route from the hotel.
Sound proofing the rooms better and installing better extractor fans to remove cigarette smoke from the building's air conditioning.

Très bonne isolation. Bonne literie et drap impeccable. WC et lavabo propres. Proche du tramway. Mac Do juste à côté et pas loin Hippotamus pour se restaurer. Endroit calme.
WC et coin lavabo vétuste. Vitre et porte coin wc sales.

accueil sympathique, hotel propre et fonctionnel,prix intéressant, petit déjeuner copieux, animaux bienvenus.
pas de clim donc fenêtres ouvertes car il fait très chaud du coup bruit très gênant fenêtres ouvertes (tram, voitures). C'est mieux fenêtres fermées.

Opvallend was de goede hygiëne in het hotel waar toch dagelijks andere klanten komen en het reinigen van de kamers brengt dus wat werk met zich mee. Proficiat!
Het check-in proces verliep niet vlot. Volgens de baliewerker was er maar 1 triple-room geboekt terwijl het er twee moesten zijn en eerst was er geen triple-room meer beschikbaar. De betaling via visa werkte ook niet ondanks vele keren te proberen. Verder moesten we in eerste instantie ook 5 euro voor 't ontbijt betalen voor het kinder onder de 6 jaar. Terwijl bij de online-booking en door de check-in medewerker werd gezegd dat dat kind gratis ontbijt kreeg. Uiteindelijk hebben ze ons toch 5 euro terug betaald.

Les chambres seraient à repreindre pour paraître plus propres, la proximité de l'autoroute fait que c'est quand même bruyant la nuit, les clients piquent les pommes de douche,

Clean & Quiet area, we went to visit the chateau de chambord the next day, only 50 km far. l'hotel était calme et bien entretenu. On peut juste regretter que les douches (qui doivent avoir quelques années) aient une odeur étrange, certainement due aux matériaux. C'était propre, les hôtes très sympathiques, le petit déjeuner et la chambre correctes. Je le recommanderais pour des voyageurs qui veulent juste dormir à l'hôtel (rien à faire durant le soirée dans les alentours directs), qui n'ont pas de voiture (ligne de tram en face) et qui veulent dépenser le moins possible..."
