  "The bar area and deck was completely taken over by some event. The rest of the deck area was fully occupier by some company briefing their staff. The swimming pool was empty. The restaurant, which has been sold to a third party, could not provide a simple grilled St.Pierre which cooked in a different manner was the suggestion of the chef. The reason given for this was (a) they would not prepare anything other than what was on the menu and (b) there was no St. Pierre available! No apology and a very surprising, rude manner of delivery to a highly educated lady University Professor who spoke impeccably polite french but who has a medical condition requiring simple food at the moment. We left, shocked and disgusted. I had eaten well at this same restaurant previously." (3304565851)

  The room was too small, with no window other than the french windows. The bathroom was also too small and did not have a separate shower nor a point to place the shower head over the bath.

  "Rapport qualité/prix non convenable." (2753104)

  L'accès à la réception est trop lointaine de l'entrée. Le personnel a mis trop de temps à amener les bagages dans les chambres. Il manquait des grandes serviettes de bain dès l'arrivée: ai du appelé la reception. Travaux sur ma terrasse non nettoyés (chambre 56). Pas d'internet dans la chambre. Jolie décoration des chambres qui ont vue sur la mer. Menu du diner trop cher. Chambres voisines bruyantes.

  L'hotel aurait besoin d'un ravalement et d'un bon nettoyage. Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas du tout souriants.
