  "Good for short stays." (107653495)

  Good central location within easy reach of Torrevieja town centre and facilities (shops, restaurants etc). Excellant location on Marina with bars and restaurants onsite - but expensive. Secure car parking and 24hr manned reception.

  Very basic accommodation and facilities in rooms.

  "We thought that the room was of a generally poor standard of fitment and maintenance but the situation of the hotel and the views of the harbour were compensation. We were particularly pleased with the adjacent restaurants. The quality of the food was excellent as was the friendly and professional service and helped to make our stay an overall enjoyable experience." (97997477)

  The situation of the hotel and views of the harbour are first class. The local (on site) restaurants were especially good.

  The equipment and furnishings in the room were of poor quality and badly maintained.

  "Enjoyable, Pleasent view, Close to town, Good choice of on site eating facilaties." (99256804)

  The apartment large enough for two people. Clean and well equipted with every thing you would need

  Hot water from boiler was not enough for two people to either shower or bath

  "Zweiter Schlüssel wurde erst am letzten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Das erste Paar passte nicht, man würde einen nachmachen, der am nächsten Tag fertig sei. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir wieder denselben Schlüssel vom Vortag, der natürlich wieder nicht passte. Daraufhin wurde uns gesagt, dass der Schlüssel nachgemacht würde und am Nachmittag fertig sei. Das war dann am Tag vor der Abreise. Durch das Fehlen eines zweiten Schlüssels konnte ein Gast aus unserer Gruppe abends nicht in das Appartment, da die Tür unten verschlossen war und die Klingel nicht ging! Auch war das Zimmer, das durch eine angekündigte Zubuchung von Gästen für eine Nacht, für den anderen Teil der Reisegruppe nicht bezugsfähig, da man vergessen hatte , die zusätzlichen Gäste einzubuchen...Doch anstatt nett und freundlich Schadensbegrenzung zu betreiben, hatte man eher das Gefühl, dass es den Angestellten egal war, ob die Gäste zufrieden sind und man sich gegenseitig nur die Verantwortung zu schob. Auch wollte man den zweiten Schlüssel dann erst gegen erfolgte Bezahlung rausrücken. Man sollte im vorhinein schon bezahlen, aber ja nicht am letzten Tag. Es kamen dann auch immer Angestellte vorbei, die einen erinnerten, dass man noch nicht bezahlt habe...Das Klo stank nach Sulfat, der Duschkopf funktionierte nicht...der allgemeine Zustand der Appartments ist renovierungsbedürftig..."   Gute Lage zum Zentrum, schöne Aussicht.
