"Excellent little hotel - and we were made to feel most welcome. Maybe a little over attentive at times! The family owners have put a great deal of creative thought and effort into the whole environment. The only slightly disappointing aspect was the rather run-down state of Fontane Bianche itself - with very few restaurants and cafes. But we got used to this - and the proximity to Syracuse and other magnificent historic towns [Noto; Ragusa] more than compensated for this. We wish them every success." (97900389)

immaculately clean Beautiful gardens imaginatively decorated bedrooms family atmosphere Excellent lido and beach with restaurant 100m away

They seemed disappointed that we didn't eat in their restaurant most evenings - so this felt a little pressurising
