Chichester Park Hotel, Chichester - Reviews & Ratings"Excellent" (108177579)
The sort of hotel we all felt at ease. Very pleasant area as a base and also for meeting friends. Chichester town and Goodwood race circuit are both in walking distance. We had dinner at the hotel on two occasions and it was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good car parking and safe to return to at night.
All areas taken over when a wedding etc taking place and nowhere for other guests to sit other than the room.

Chichester Park Hotel, Chichester - Reviews & Ratings"Adequate for purpose" (107190845)
Efficient no noncence service
The hotel room was fairly well appointed for this type of hotel, but our main concern was the quality of the bed, which must have been at least fifteen years old. The springs constantly "pinged" and we kept rolling towards one another during the nught, so did not get very much sleep. Quite a lot of mould around the bath too.

Not too flashy, good value - perfect for a visit to Goodwood. I thought the size of rooms, courteous staff and ample parking make it an excellent value stay for leisure or business - I'd recommend it.
Was a little concerned that my window could open all the way out and there was a ladder lying on the ground, meaning security was compromised. Air conditioned rooms would be nice.

Large car park, excellent location, bar and restaurant facilities.
Inflated room rate since there was an event at Goodwood.

The room was perfectly adequate for a short stay of a night or two
The beds were too hard, generating back ache and neck ache in my case.. We took our own feather-down pillows as a precaution against hotel type dunlopillo pillows which frustrate sleep.

Chichester Park Hotel, Chichester - Reviews & Ratings"Have stayed here before in order to visit relatives. It's conveniently situated for the Chichester area. The beds were comfortable with feather pillows available and the evening meal in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast adds quite a bit to the bill." (97455202)
The restaurant food was exceptionally good this time.

Clean and functional. Good value for money. Absolutely excellent levels of service from staff.
Not enough plug-sockets in room. Noisy floor outside room.

The desk staff were absolutly first class. The young lady when we arrived got us booked in even though we were slightly early. Also the guy on the desk checking me out was exptreemly efficient and pleasant. My wife enjoyed the pool and the sauna, while i was out on my training course.
The bed could do with looking at as it was not the most comfortable. The TV played up a bit with some channels.

Chichester Park Hotel, Chichester - Reviews & Ratings"After checking the internet for hotels in Chichester we decided on Chicester Park When we arrived there was plenty of parking space and a warm welcome from Reception.Everywhere was bright and clean. We had a meal in the Restaurant and was looked after by a very helpful and bright young lady. The food was cooked perfectly and bought in by another charming young lady who we presumed had cooked it. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when in Chichester. All hotels should be as good as this one. Full Marks to them" (97919135)
Everything was perfectly clean in the room. The bathroom was also very clean and modern

Chichester Park Hotel, Chichester - Reviews & Ratings"It was a late booking and we were not at the hotel long in the morning. Would have preferred a B&B rate, rather than paying additionally for Breakfast which appeared to be an excessive price. But did not stay for Breakfast so not an issue on this occassion." (97401147)
Hotel Spa facilities looked good but was not around long enough to try them (very late booking).
Not round long enough to see anything.

Chichester Park Hotel, Chichester - Reviews & Ratings"As a lone female traveller, this hotel was excellent. I didn't really have to go out in the evening as everything I needed was to hand." (99124644)
Large, quiet rooms, clean and tidy. Having things like an ironing board & an iron.
Would prefer more satellite TV channels. Food in the restaurant was generally good, but having just 4 options at dinner is not that brilliant.

Chichester Park Hotel, Chichester - Reviews & Ratings"The hotel accorded with my expectations for a largish hotel in a smallish town, and if my grandchildren had been with us no doubt the swimming pool (signalled more by its chlorine smell than by signs of great use) would have been used. The breakfasts were good, and the only dinner we had was workmanlike." (99965397)
Spacious room with comfortable, lean-back chair
Rather far from reception etc, but some rooms have to be that!

Chichester Park Hotel, Chichester - Reviews & Ratings"The hotel is one I would stay in again, as it is certainly comfortable. The only thing I am disappointed in is the size of the pool area and the lack of gym equipment, which I had thought would be more extensive from the hotel general description." (99693102)
Very clean and tidy. Generally very quiet. Staff were very nice, especially in the restaurant. Also, there is full wifi access to the internet, if you bring your laptop with you.
The menu choice is the restaurant is very limited, especially when someone such as myself stays in the hotel, Monday to Friday for a number of weeks. Also, the lounge / bar menu is also quite limited.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The room was a decent size, and the shower was vigorous!
It was a pity the shower was in the bath with a clingy shower curtain.

It was comfortable and the spa was an added bonus. Accessable to Chichester city centre. Room service food was well presented;hot and attractive.
The decor was slightly dated and dark shades in the room.

The accomodation was ok. Nothing particularily special. Probably worth what we paid (
Further from the City centre than implied. Probably half an hour walk to the centre.

"Comfortable." (108650155)
Nice spa, but should offer towels there.
NO LIFT! The radiator did not work. Need a bit more parking.
