We were amazed and thrilled that it had a small refrigerator and since we were traveling with our daughter, it had a separate room for her.
The only negative comment I would make is that possibly some bowls and plates and cups could also be provided.

The room had a balcony.
The room was very small, and only just accomodated our travel cot. Inadequate shower.

Very comfortable with all the amenities one needs.
The only problem was the small elevator - alas, we had a lot of luggage as we were travelling for 6 months. But elevators tend to be small in Europe, so no problem.

On street parking pretty crowded but signed car park round the back had plenty of space all the time. Nice little spa town, plenty of restaurants of various kinds. Outdoor cafes very pleasant. Plenty to see within an hour's drive." (3305115667)
Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Additional pillows supplied with no problem.
Room not very big and no view of anything interesting - but maybe that was because we had the cheapest rooms! Hairdryer didn't work. Breakfast was boring, felt there should have been greater choice for the quality of the hotel. Not enough clothes storage space for a long stay.

Accomodation was fine. We ate over road in Bistro which was excellent. Breakfast was a little limited in choice, with no fresh fruit available.(would recommend skipping breakfast)If you cannot park in street outside then hotel car park is a walk up a very steep path. Fortunately the helpful receptionist let us park right outside in the no parking zone." (3304926594)

Behind the traditional exterior is a modern hotel with refurbished, air conditioned rooms. Location is excellent with a few small restaurants and bars in the area, but you could be staying in a hotel anywhere in the world - there is nothing distinctive about this hotel." (3304500070)

The rooms are clean with a fantastic view of the Casino / Opera house. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. We would highly recommend the family room / suite at Mona Lisa hotel to anyone travelling with a family.

Tarif Internet =environ 50 % des prix affichés
Bac à douche petit et surtout de profondeur insuffisante + rideau douche un peu court transforment la douche en piscine. Ce n'est pas le cas dans toutes les chambres Etourderie lors de l'accueil initiale (programmation du badge d'ouverture de chambre et du ticket d'abonnement wifi pour une seule journée) à refaire le 2éme jour.

facile à trouver grâce à un bon fléchage depuis la sortie de l'autoroute. Cadre agréable (intérieur et extérieur)
le chauffage qui fait beaucoup de bruit (pour dormir, pas facile)

La jeune femme à l'accueil a été très gentille (et particulièrement jolie). Ensuite, l'ascenseur est vraiment appréciable, de même que les serrures magnétiques. La présence d'un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain est très bien ainsi qu'une télévision équipée du cable.

High quality accomadation in an interesting town
The ventillator system of the hotel had a large fan mounted close to our window - the noise from this was similar to sleeping on a cross channel ferry. I would have been disturbed - however I was so tired I slept anyway. I informed the recepotion about this problem in the morning - they said that they could do nothing about it....
