Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff polite and helpful
NOT value for money. Room smaller than expected, poorly decorated with cheap toilet paper and a power shower that physically hurt from the power of the water. Was an attic room with low angled ceiling and 'low ceiling mind your head' signs, this should of been advised at the time of booking with a choice of whether to accept the room or request another. Tea and coffee facilities were the opposite end to the electric sockets!

Location, cleanliness, quiet surrondings.
Parking, railway carpark is not convienient, this problem has been caused by your own developments. Stressed resturant staff leading to lack of concentration. Limited menue, particularly for vegetarians.

The hotel is very cosy and snug and pretty, the service was great and the personnel very helpful. The room was cosy and everything was in working order.
The room was too hot. I didn't like the view from my room the second time round and I much preferred the first room I stayed in and booked a second time there thinking I would have a similar type of room. On that front I was disappointed.

I appreciate there was a party in, but feel I should have been warned when I booked for dinner that a large party was due at the same time, I would have been quite happy to eat at 19-00/19-15. The rooms are well furnished comfortable bed, good quality linen and towels. In the past I have always been a allocated a double room this time it was a single, have I been favoured in the past?

The hotel staff were very polite on arrival and in the bar/restuarant. The room, although small was clean and pleasnt with a good view of the sea.
The bar area was not as cosy and comfortable as I would have liked, evenings were very quite and lack of background music did not help the quietness.

The restaurant is fine tables not too close, although on my last visit I was not offered bread rolls at the start of the meal. I can only comment on staying during the working week, a value for money hotel ideal for people who have to stay away from home." (99290299)

The hotel bar was sadly lacking in atmosphere and no tv's for football during world cup.

I felt safe and comfortable as a single lady traveller. The hotel is directly on the beach which was also nice" (3304769712)
I liked the fact that everything was in good working order, including all the lightbulbs! It was clean and comfortable and I even had a sea view.
Absolutely nothing, I plan to stay again next month on business and possibly take advantage of the sunday evening special with my husband at another date.
