Citotel Jalade, Millau - Reviews & Ratings"We came with 2 french friends to view the Bridge over the viaduct at Millau.Although the hotel is opposite the station both our bedrooms were very quite as was the town at night.I left my jewllery in the bedroom when I left and did not remember until after 12 o'clock noon,we returned and phone the number on the door and a young lady arrived from her home to give them back to me.I call that excellent service considering the hotel close's from 12 noon to 5pm." Excellent service upon arrival and information. Room very clean and wonderful comfortable beds
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel or the excellent staff.

Citotel Jalade, Millau - Reviews & Ratings"WE USED THIS HOTEL AS AN OVERNIGHT STOP ON OUR JOURNEY TO SPAIN. THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL HAVING BASIC ENGLISH SKILLS. THE CHECK-IN IS QUITE LATE AS WE ARRIVED EARLY AFTERNOON AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE CHECKED IN BEFORE STROLLING AROUND THE TOWN. ALSO THE ACCESS CODE FOR FREE PARKING IS ONLY GIVEN WHEN YOU CHECK-IN. HOWEVER,THIS HOTEL IS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY AND WE SHALL BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE." (3304312987)
GOOD BASIC ROOMS. VALUE FOR MONEY. GOOD CENTRAL LOCATION FOR TOWN. STAFF EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
INITIAL PARKING DIFFICULT UNTIL GIVEN ACCESS CODES AT CHECK-IN. ALSO 5PM IS QUITE A LATE CHECK IN.

No tea/coffee making facilities, no reception at certain hours, breakfast was expensive

The reception has limited opening hours, but friendly service - best with a bit of French. Parking facilities are across the street in a parking area accessed by a pincode supplied by the hotel. Difficult to find, we missed one of the brown signs.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a nice quiet area, but less than five minutes walk from the town centre.

A very good hotel in the centre of the town with good free parking, an excelant view of the new Millau viaduct. All my party enjoyed the overnight stay and would stay there again.

May be business mem are ok to check in after 5p.m. but the ordinary traveller who arrives in the afternoon can find himself stranded till opening times of hotel/reception. The bar was not open in the evening, which was inconvenient as we had organised a meeting with friends." (1918304)
