Excellent room, very clean and everything worked
Non no resteraunt for an evening meal but many local options less than 2 minutes walk away detailed to me by the hotel.

Excellent Location, within walking distance of Old Hastings town. Very comfortable bed (Queen size) lovely rain shower, good breakfast menu especially the traditional full English, Modern, clean, and light room.Flat Screen TV positioned on wall so can lye in bed and watch TV.Jaffa cakes as well as Tea/Coffee making facilities!!
Wardrobe did not seem to have been designed for ladies clothes,there was shelf in the middle of the hanging area (only enough room to hang a mans suit without it dragging on the shelf)

This is a superbly appointed guest house established by a person who has seen the best of the big hotels from the inside and knows he can deliver all they do and more an a more intimate scale.
No bad points: but do be aware that there is no hotel parking

We thought the hotel was really excellent. The rooms were very well equipped and had thoughtful touches such as jaffa cakes and free bottled water. It was helpful to be abled to view the rooms online before booking.
Only thing we can think of is that the ventilation fan in room 2 didn't seem to be working.

Friendly hosts, excellent variety for breakfast, wonderfull decor throughout, flat screen tv & dvd in rooms along with bath robes and hairdryer Hotel situated on beach front and ideal location for sightseeing around the area. No problem parking outside the hotel on the road

All furniture and fittings displayed excellent taste and presentation was always at the highest standard. Seng was a great host.
Room 6 and 7 are on the top floor and thats a lot of stairs. Keep this in mind if you are likely to struggle.

Very welcoming friendly couple running hotel. Immaculate room and hotel. Excellent breakfast and superb bed. Great view from front bedrooms of sea.
Bedrooms on front of hotel are noisy due to traffic on busy road. There is only street parking available and this is very limited.

Warm and friendly welcome. Room was beautifully decorated and furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was a wide choice of breakfast dishes and those tried were delicious.
There was nothing bad about the hotel.

Very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast.
Not really a bad point but the room was rather small(details did state 'cosy') and weather very hot therefore a little uncomfortable at night but it didn't spoil our break

Owner Seng is incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was lovely with an excellent choice. Can't wait to go back soon.

Was a wonderful weekend, the owners were very nice. Breakfast was very taste. My partner organised with the owners for roses to be put by the bedside, whilst we were out. he claims they dealt with it perfectly. The owners were always happy to help or give advice on places to go in the area. The room was beautiful and every detail was taken into account. People say that every detail counts and I can agree this was the case. Perfect weekend away

Small,but very comfortable and stylish room. The hotel is warm and clean and in the process of being thoughtfully refurbished and redecorated. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and considerate staff.

Made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. My bed was very comfortable.
Still decorating. It would be nice to have a later checkout than 10am.
