the hotel was cheap compared to others, and for a one night stop over was adequate for what we needed. Easy to find straight off the A75, the reception staff spoke english which helped.
The room itself, although clean, smelt quite badly. I had to run the shower for quite a long time to get rid of the smell that was coming up through the drain. We stayed in two different rooms, one on our outward journey, and one on our return, and both rooms had the same problem. which is a shame.

Basic hotel, the rooms are small but the bed is really comfortable andthe rooms are always clean. The location of this hotel is ideal to break your journey. It's on the side on the motorway, but the rooms are quiet. The staff are really helpful and speak english

Excellent facilities and an ideal location for a visit to the superb Millau viaduct!
I would have liked table and chairs in some of the grass areas around the hotel.

Hôtel Balladins Millau, Millau - Reviews & Ratings"It wasn't really clear, but you can access the hotel directly from the motorway exit. The parking facilities were good and we felt safe. The rooms are basic, but ideal for an overnight stay. The restaurant was very good and the staff all very helpful and friendly and spoke good english, which is great when you are really tired and can't even get your mouth to work let alone remember any french !" The hotel was well located directly next to the motorway, so no searching in small towns. It was very clean, basic, but the bed was really comfortable and the staff and food were really good.
No tea making facility. The rooms are very small and basic- but good for the money

Accomodation was clean and bright and made the most of the space available. Plenty hot water and clean towels etc.

At first we were concerned that the road/carparking might have been noisy at night but because we had air conditioning we could keep the windows shut and the noise out. We had plenty of space and the room was very pleasant. We were very pleased with everything including our evening meal in the cafeteria which could have been hotter, but tasted very nice. Breakfast was excellent apart from the hot water in the jugs for making tea - it was only just warm and you can only make tea with boiling water, a very English thing I know but very important to keep the guests happy." It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay.

Restaurant eten was goed. Ontbijd was onvoldoende. Het broodbeleg was geregeld op en werd pas na vragen aangevuld.
In eerste instantie waren wij onbekend. Dus kregen wij twee kamers met twee persoonsbed van 140 cm. Na klacht dat wij gescheiden bedden hadden gevraagd werd uiteindelijk kamers met gescheiden bedden geregeld en kwam onze reservering te voorschijn.
