staff, swimming pool, location (although not on the lakeside)
air-con noisy and was totally inadequate -room 112 very slow serving tea/coffee with breakfast

Cleanliness was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff adding to a good atmosphere in the hotel. Beautiful, secluded, well maintained gardens and pool.
Nothing really but a larger selection of hot breakfast food might be nice. The rest of the breakfast selection was very good.

"sirmione is very beautiful resort, when arriving by car require more explicit directions for hotel and how to access hotel. The hotel is rated 4 star but in reality think this more aligned with 3 star as room size and facilities are average." (97188025)
