The accommodation was good. The style,equipment and the over presentation was good.
Small details let the side down. Missing grout in the shower, not our names on the welcome post card.

The staff are polite and friendly and you get the feeling they cant do enough for you. Dinner was absolute heaven to eat and the flavours and designs were almost too good to eat! The pre dinner drinks and after dinner coffee in the drawing room made the experience relaxing and restful, which was much needed. A hotel in a class of its own." (99534832)
It was a class above the rest. Located inner city it felt like I had entered another time space.

Modern decor, comfortable bed, quiet, attractive outlook, quality of free extras (fruit, toiletries etc)warm, clean, huge bathroom.
Lack of space to get round end of bed
