Clean and quiet older style traditional french accomodation, next door to baker/patisserie, buy cakes and croisant here - cheaper than in accomodation. Large shower and good sized room.
Quite a distance to travel from A5/26, not that easy to find as is in urban part of Troyes. Church next door, bells ring hourly and half hourly (silent 10pm - 8pm).

Clean and very convenient with pleasant staff. A very nice restaurant next door.
Lack of Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room. Limited breakfast.

The attached restaurant. served excellent food and has to be in my all time list of good value restaurants. The hotel was very easy to get to from the motorway system, and broke up the long drive from the Alps to the coast perfectly." (3304939253)

Room clean and bright
On a hot summers night when the windows need to be open the bakers directly across the road were very noisy in the early hours ,as they also had to have their windows open.

Lovely setting in peacfull village. Room was of adequate size and beds were comfy.
The phone did not work for a wake up call and the shower needed some attention - I had to fix it so it stayed up. Only 1 towel in room when we arrived even though booked for 4 (sorted efficiently though).

location - perfect for stopover for trip from Calais to French Alps - helpful staff - we arrived late and never met them, but they left key out in visible location - very good. Room entirely adequate and did the job at a very good price.

Clean, tidy and sort of had a family feel, had a room big enough for a double bed and 2 cots.
A lift would be nice but not essential, I think the hotel only had 3 floors.

Citôtel La Bonne Fermière, Breviandes - Reviews & Ratings"The hotel was easy to find and the staff member who booked us in was both friendly and helpful, especially when I remarked that we had booked a cot for the baby in our party but she appeared to have no knowledge of this. However this was quickly attended to, although no bedding was supplied for the cot. The rooms were extremely hot and it was very difficult to sleep as if you opened the window fully it meant that you were unable to use the window blind and therefore the room was very light. Air conditioning in the rooms would solve this problem. Also the Church bells outside ringing regularly caused a slight problem getting the 3 year old in our party to sleep. Fortunately these stopped around 9 pm. There were not sufficient towels in the rooms and there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per room. Considering each room accomodated 3 people this was not enough." (2319288)

More towels in the bathroom and air conditioning in the rooms as it was extremely hot and made it very difficult to sleep,

Le sourire et l'amabilité du personnel de l'hotel. Chambre et salle de bain propres. La situation de l'hotel (proche de la grande ville et des réseaux routiers). Proximité de commerces de première utilité : boulangerie, pharmacie, distributeur bancaire.
Chambre très simple. Aucun autre point négatif ..

Le seul point noir, le mauvais était de la douche et de l'éclairage de la chambre surtout quand nous sommes 4 utiliser la chambre." (97185742)
