Ramada Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton - Reviews & Ratings"Would not go back." (108587835)
Really good Spa with pool, Sauna and Steam room. The Indian restaurant on-site was excellent.
The room was very hot even with all the windows open and half the lightbulbs did not work. I found a long hair in my hash brown at breakfast which put me off and the breakfast experience overall was unpleasant.

Ramada Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton - Reviews & Ratings"Staff very good, friendly polite. Hotel very impressive but requires a little tlc in places. Broken double outer pane of glass, room 110. Room very clean, tidy" (108792690)
All staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Hotel manager excels at making you feel welcome. The Indian resturant is first class and recommend the butter chicken, delicious Leisure facilities are superb and reccommend to all
Bosses son parks his Aston Martin in a disabled parking bay. This to me is very rude and staff embarrassed about this when asked whos car it was. He has no disability and creates a very rude impression of himself.

Large car park with nice grounds, in a quiet location
noise from 2 functions at hotel, which went on until 2.00am, meaning had to have window closed, as guests were out in the gardens and music coming from function rooms. No air conditioning, so quite hot overnight.

Ramada Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton - Reviews & Ratings"It was really good. I will be recommending this across my business when anyone needs to stay in Wolverhampton." (108361030)
The reception desk was very accomodating and friendly - they made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble - which is really nice when you are in a place where you dont know anyone. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional too.
These are not complaints, but there was coffee stains on the wall in my room, the toilet seat was not fitted straight and the blinds were slightly bent. There was also a long treck to my room and when they key didnt work and I was loaded up with my bags and laptop, it was really annoying to have to go all the way back to the reception desk.

Bedding and entertainment
Took over 20 minutes to get to reception. Eventually had to ring my own mobile to gain an outside line. Also the published timings for food do not match as a result had to do with sandwiches as night meal.

Ramada Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton - Reviews & Ratings"As a group we stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, but have found it difficult to re-book. We were pleased with the hospitality, and would look to return on our next visit to Wolverhampton" (107828012)
The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Check in was easy even though we were a group from different parts of the country checking in at different times, the receptionists were able to tell me straight away who had and had not arrived at any given time. The bar staff were also friendly even though they had a large wedding party in the bar area when we arrived, they coped well.

Ramada Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton - Reviews & Ratings"A disaster the food in the restaraunt and the Indian restaraunt attached to the hotel was excellent" (107239111)
the room had a water pipe that was on permanately but if you opened the windows there was a roof below that could have been climbed easily tio gain access We asked for new towels as instructed after visiting the leisurte complex - the porter brought us 4 floor bath mats as they had NO towels On the last day the dining room was closed for a private function without any prior notice every time we went to our room the key would not activate and as we were the furthest room from reception this was a disaster when we asked to see the manager we were offered the bar manager as the manager was not available as he was off site both on Sunday evening and Monday morning ????????

The restaurant is very good as are the(new)spa facilities
The receoption and reservation staff were not to tthe standard expected from a Ramada. They were slow, inefficient and bordered rude when asked anything outside the comfort zone.

beautifull setting
My daughter and I shared a twin bedded room and found the beds to be extremely narrow , we are both slim people so i can cannot image how a large person would not have fallen out of the bed !

Ramada Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton - Reviews & Ratings"I would not have accepted the room if I had realised the lack of security as a woman on her own. This meant the room was very hot and stuffy over night and made sleeping very difficult. I was extremely surprised that a hotel of this calibre did not serve dray white wine by the glass. The food at breakfast and that servered in the Indian Resaurant was enjoyable. Service in the Indian resaurant was quick and efficient." (99776612)
The entrance to the hotel through the large gates was very impressive. View created by the french windows across the garden was very pleasant
The room was extremely hot on arraival. The large french windows provided air when open but had to be closed at night because they created a lack of security. Access to the room from outside was easy. With no other form of air conditioning the nightime was extremely stuffy and hot. To get to the room I had to go up a flight of stairs along a corridor and then down two flight of stairs. And this was an upgrade.

The gym and swimming pool facilities considering the cheapness of the hotel.
Very basic and the shower stopped working half way through! Just as well as the curtain was ripped, I thought I was in a scene from 'Psycho'!!

Ramada Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton - Reviews & Ratings"Generally a very drab hotel, which is a shame because it has the potential to be very nice. Expensive bar drinks. Not in keeping with other Ramada Hotel standards. Health club trying to be much better than it clearly is. Tired lazy feel about the place, almost as if it has been forgotten about by Ramada. Indian Restaurant while unusual, provided extremely salty food." (99856885)
Nothing particularly stood out
Small bed, shabby rooms, very hot as above indian restaurant.

Friendly, clean and restaurant food especially good.
Room newly decorated and modern but lack of remote for TV and no satellite in room as was mentioned in hotel description. This is one little thing compared to many positives.

It was perfectly adequate and situated conveniently for my next day's meeting. The Indian reastaurant alternative was good.
It was fairly impersonal (this is usual in group hotels) and it was quite a trek from the bedroom to the entrance, with bags. Coffee at breakfast was not good quality.

"It was ok but we would not go again." (108565484)
Food was good standard
The room needs refurnished but the bathroom was nice. The bed was uncomfortable and the quilt made me sweat as it was not cotton. The room was dusty and we had to dust it ourseleves. When we moved a chair the carpet was not cleaned under it. The food in the restaurant arrived very late from ordering at 7.10 the starter did not arrived until 7.50
