clean, and restaurant excellent also, major factor complimentary airport shuttle

one particular female front desk person (don't know her name) was rude and less than helpful on more than one occasion, the other male front desk person was very pleasant

Nothing, it was a pre fab sham.

The fact that major works were under way and that we had to stay in temp sub standard accomadation. The staff were unhelpful, theer was no room service, a warm mini bar with no glasses and a bar and restaurant that closed at 11pm for residents too. I will never stay at the Osuna again.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa and the courtesy of the staff.

At 02.30am, people running and shouting in the corridors.
