Very comfortable
It was disappointing that the pool and sauna facilities were not available. It was also a nuisance not to be able to check in before 2.00.

Central to Worcester, parking good. The hotel waas clean and tidy and staff efficient and friendly.
A glass of wine in the bar cost more than a bottle in the nearby supermarket.

The Worcester Whitehouse Hotel, Worcester - Reviews & Ratings"Generally good, except for points above." (107441953)
Good location in centre of Worcester. Nice clean room. Reception staff all pleasant and helpful.
Room was too hot, and altering heat settings didn't seem to help. Breakfast on our first morning was only average - food had been kept warm for quite a while and was a bit dried up. Also, we were made to feel that we should leave restaurant at 9.30am prompt!

The Worcester Whitehouse Hotel, Worcester - Reviews & Ratings"I would definitely use this hotel again, being a female lone traveller the secure car park was a big benefit when arriving during the hours of darkness. I would have liked to know how to access it though prior to my arrival as the hotel is situated on a busy one way main road. I would definitely stay at this hotel again due to its great location for the town centre but I would ensure that I did not have a room next to the elevator as when it is in use it is very noisy." (97845862)
Good central location and secure car parking.
Even though I had a superior room, it had lots of damp patches visible all over the bedroom. Noisy elevater which was next to my room.

The Worcester Whitehouse Hotel, Worcester - Reviews & Ratings"Easy access from motorways and rail system made this a good place to meet up and share some fun over the week-end. " (107161227)
Good location for centre of Worcester - close to shops and restaurants with good parking facilities. Leisure facilities were good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Initial room allocation was problematic but well sorted by staff when we asked for a transfer. The lunchtime food we had on site was disappointing but the breakfast had a reasonable choice and was good.

The location of the hotel was excellent.
Not informed that hotel had a large wedding party booked that domainated bar & restaurant areas. Room was on 1st floor, music from wedding party continued until midnight, and sounded like it was directly below our room.

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel spotlessly clean and very well presented
Premium room was at the front of the hotel, very noisy (drunken revellelers- not your fault) railway bridge very close to window, didn't get much sleep. Only just passed the exam I took, the main reason for staying at the hotel was to be fresh for an intensive one day course.

clean and comfortable
the bathroom door became locked and it took 7 hours before somebody came to see to it, also the shower was off its hinges and my boyfriend held it up for me to have a shower, for safty, and whilst doing that we got locked in the bathroom and it took us ages to get out. The second time the door locked itself whilst we were on the outside of the bathroom.

All the facilities - for my daughter the gym and the pool.
Not being able to understand the instructions for the shower. I suggest a small notice should be placed somewhere in the bathroom explaining how to use the shower. Once I had removed my spectacles it was impossible to see the etching on the taps control.

Friendly and accommodating staff and a minimum of fuss. The room clean and with adequate facilities and an excellent buffet breakfast. With the railway station literally across the road location was also a major consideration. All things taken into account this was excellent value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel spacious & luxurious feel to dining and bar, foyer areas. Very convenient for those travelling by train - opposite the railway station, and very good for city centre shopping and sights, race course etc.
There was a shower curtain in bathroom - not great.

Location, price, parking, bright atmostphere & pleasant decor within hotel throughout including the rooms clean, modern decor & facilities, lovely bathroom, shower good, gym, pool
noise late at night from bar below stairs in lobby - should be located elsewhere, also noise from guests returning to hotel late can hear much movement & talking in adjacent rooms, excessive creaking of floors

The Worcester Whitehouse Hotel, Worcester - Reviews & Ratings"I would recommend this hotel because the staff were very helpful, the room met all requirements and it is in a very central position with good good car park facilities. It is a short walk to shops and Cathedral. I have already told friends about it and would stay there again if in the area. Breakfast was good with attentive staff at all times. We did not dine in the hotel because there is a good Italian restaurant very nearby." (99424007)
Bright, clean room - all items as required including welcome ironing facilities.
My husband would have liked to have been on the railway side of the hotel!

The Worcester Whitehouse Hotel, Worcester - Reviews & Ratings"We enjoyed our stay, despite the features of the room we did not like. The reception staff were very good. However, the restaurant for breakfast was a little disappointing. It was clear that there were not enough staff and keeping up with demand ie keeping the various buffet items supplied was problematic. That said, the food was good and the waiting staff very pleasant." (99532669)
