Small but practically and adequately furnished no nonsense rooms, very good bedding, very clean bathrooms - really nothing bad to write about, everything functioned excellently.
None - perhaps at next building overhaul some air ducts with better ventilators cou7ld be installed in the bathroom ventilation ducts, but this is actually the only bad point I could find and it is not necessary at all to ensure a good stay, just picking around for the sake of answering the question;

Beds very comfortable. Excellent restaurant.
No directions to the hotel on the website. We were very hot in the night but could not open the door - the only source of ventilation as we were travelling with our cat, who would have leapt out.

Tranquillità, vicino al centro. Il personale parla italiano quel tanto che basta.
Camera un po' piccola, manca aria condizionata quindi in estate potrebbe esserci qualche problema

Restaurant food good & plentiful. Staff very friendly & helpful. Position of hotel very good for pedestrian route access to Strasbourg.
Room washbasin had no plug and did not appear to have been designed to accommodate one to retain water in bowl. Shower head unable to be set in the position of your choice. No milk supplied for room tea or coffee. Breakfast coffee from machine in restaurant tasteless.

Decent sized rooms.
Incredibly difficult to find. Took us an hour. Due to late arrival we ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was truly terrible and went uneaten.

nice bed, nice room, all the right facilities and amenities. Everything is just right. Near to city centre.
A little difficult to find the hotel at first. A signboard should be placed at the pathway to the hotel, near the tram station.

It was very important that the hotel is just 5 tram stations from the city center. We did not need to get the car to go in the city. We just walk 5 minutes to the tram station. The hotel is in a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. The parking was big enough. Easy to reach from the highway. The room is small, but very good beds and clean." (99361571)

Très bon accueil. Beaucoup de détails et bons conseils sur les visites à faire sur Strasbourg fournis par le réceptionniste.Hotel près du centre de Strabourg avec le tram au cout de 5,20 Euros pour 24h pour maxi 3 personnes.Bonne insonorisation. Avons appréciez le sèche cheveux, serviettes (2) par personne, bouilloire avec café, thé et petits gateaux.

propreté et courtoisie de l'acceuil + petite attention sympa dans la chambre : thé, café biscuits gracieusement mis à disposition
cadre pas trop touristique et accès piéton pour rejoindre le centre ville peu agréable (mieux vaut prendre le tram).

Proximité de Strasbourg, des autoroutes, des pistes cyclables de l'ILL, Popre, soigné, confort correct Prix intéressant
Des volets ou des rideaux plus épais sont nécessaires pour éviter que la lumière solaire ne serve de réveil bien involontairement. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été servi le premier matin .. (absence involontaire de personnel - des excuses ont été présentées mais pas spontanément)

la chambre n'était pas faite à notre arrivée,à 14h30. une fois la chambre acquise,nous avons constaté que le ménage a été baclé.

Très bon accueil et satisfaction pour les renseignements sur la ville et sur les moyens d'accès. A signaler hôtel bien situé, au calme et une très bonne literie pour une bonne nuit.
Je pense que la surface de la salle de bain est un peu petite et l'emplacement des wc un peu trop étroit.

Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Restaurant war sehr gut. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und wurde genau wie wir liebevoll umsorgt (und das ohne Mehrkosten!). Umgebung mit viel Grün und kurzem Weg in die Altstadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt." (97690129)
Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr gut für Stadtbesuch und als Ausgangsbasis für Elsaß und Vogesen.
Zimmer sind etwas klein, ebenso das Bad.
