"This is a perfect place to stay if doing business or visiting the area. It's quiet, but close to nearby towns and the service is fantastic." (97769673)

This is an excellent hotel. The focus is on good old-fashioned service which is hard to find these days. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is magnificent and the welcome is second-to-none. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

"Warm, friendly welcome on arrival with great smells coming from the kitchen. Unfortunately I couldn't stay for an evening meal this time round but will try next time. Very pleasant gardens with a magnificent Wisteria growing along the porch. Hotel decor a bit dated but clean. The single room was room was cosily adequate and the breakfast was delicious. Couldn't have wished for more on a short stay. Activities and attractions a short drive away." (97616908)

Friendly welcome and a great breakfast.

    TV was not remote controlled.

"The general state of the hotel was shabby and dated. The decor thoughout the hotel was old and very scruffy and dirty with chipped paintwork and wallpaper literally falling off the walls. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling in our room and dead spiders also on the ceiling. The bathroom. although generally clean was very dated and a bad smell came up through the wash hand basin. Other things included a television so old it didn't have a remote control and no newspapers in the hotel as the proprietors are not interested in the bad news happening in the world! Surely in the tourist industry it is more about what you guests require!" (97542386)

"Owner and staff were the most helpful I have ever encountered in all my business and leisure travel. Although somewhat cramped, the room was spotlessly clean and well presented. If I visit Malvern again I would have no hesitation in staying there again." (97280966)

Lovely quiet, clean accommodation. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

    Room was a little cramped.
