  Good location, excellent value for money and helpful staff.

  The hotel feels a bit tired and the car parking is very tight.

  Bed quality.

  We checked in at 4:30 pm and our room was nor ready! When we finally entered in the room (15mn later) the room was not clean and the heating system out of order. The second room had a toilet problem ! The 3rd one was the good one... some 45mn after checking in. Wifi was also out of order. Room are too small for a 3* hotel, air conditionning is noisy, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities is poor.

  "We were booked to stay from the 21st to the 25th following a weeks holiday in Chamonix. However, having arrived en-route to Chamonix a week earlier we decide to stay at the Best Western to take a look at facilities. We were extremely glad we decided to do this, the hotel was to say the least disappointing, staff were surly and unfriendly, the bar was not opened and we had to go to reception to ask for a drink, on the website there was no mention of the restaurant being closed at weekends, and indeed in the lift it stated that the restaurant was closed at lunch times at weekends but no mention of evening for dinner, so we assumed it was open. On going down to dinner we were appalled to see the restaurant closed, on asking the receptionist when it would be open we were even more shocked to be told it doesn’t open at weekends, and we were booked for the Easter weekend. This was appaling how were we meant to eat over Easter? We then had to go back to our rooms for our coats and brave the rain and cold to go into town, which is to say the least an uninviting town being extremely run down, to find a restaurant open in order to eat. Needles to say the next morning we booked out, although we had originally booked for two nights. Both the night and morning receptionist were not pleasant or friendly or even helpful. And I have to say the house wine, which is all they had was undrinkable rubbish." (97251448)

  personnel sans reproche, chambre correct sans plus

  le bruit abominable de la climatisation m'a fait passé une nuit blanche. Hotel a éviter selon moi.
