Very clean, good location. Pool and gardens very well maintained. Room maintenance was exemplary.
Really REALLY badly trained staff in the outside bar/restaurant. Decor in room was not what I would have expected for a primarily leisure hotel - more like an office than a bedroom. No information offered to guests about the area and local amenities like bus services. We had to ask for a map of the area. Internet wasn't working (both PCs broken). Breakfast very average and poorly managed during busy periods. Access to main roadway via hotel frontage was locked which meant a long walk round the hotel in very high temperatures.

It was clean and spacious, all room have a balcony.
Staff not very friendly.

Beautiful setting, great view. Felt very private on the balcony. Location great. Very quiet and peaceful. Family friendly. Very affordable. Our 1st 4 star holiday - loved it.
Bar was very empty and boring. Hot food at breakfast wasn't hot.
